Valley Fever will be entering our 10th winter this year, and have several Chalet Host & Driver roles to fill:
Individual Chalet Host - running a chalet up to 8 guests with support
Chalet Couple (no driving) - running a chalet up to 14 guests with support
Chalet Couple (with driving) - running a chalet up to 10 guests with support, and one person will complete slope shuttles in resort.
Driver & Chalet Host - a combined job, completing slope shuttles each day and Geneva Airport Transfers on changeover day
Working closely with us, but taking full ownership of our chalets we'll give you the support & training you need but we'll also give you the freedom to add your personality to Valley Fever.
Tasks will include:
• Chalet catering to a high standard (breakfast, afternoon tea, evening meal)
• Room cleaning
• Working with our wider team to deliver excellent customer service.
We believe preparation and proactively is key - get this right and the guests have fun, you do the job well and we get to enjoy the mountain more!

Requirements:
• Chalet Host Experience
• A positive attitude
• Good organisational skills
• An eye for detail
• Good communication skills
• A good problem solver
• A passion for the mountains
• A passion for customer service and patience to deal with guests
• A UK National Insurance number
• Knowledge of French is a bonus
Expected end date on or around April 20th
Full team training will commence on or around Dec 1st
