Zach, is a chef with eight years experience in professional kitchens including experience in a 1* michelin restaurant. The last 3 winters he has worked in La plagne, Courchevel and Les deux Alpes last winter in La plagne he ran and eight person chalet solo. All 5* s reviews from all three of his winter seasons
