Cooking has always been a massive influence into my life, over the years I have done
so much traveling and have picked up some of the most incredible flavors and
transferred it to the plates full of colors and testy dish.

chalets in the French Alps and private Homes.
I have been responsible for the running of four catered chalets, caring for all the
clients needs and managing the chalet staff.
I have also worked in private residence.
