Due to injury we need to find a new Resort Assistant to slot in to our team. The previous holder of the position will be able to help ease the transition and this is a great job for someone until the end of season (Mid April). We are a small and friendly chalet operator in Morzine (France), and nothing but extra-mile service is good enough for our loyal guests. If you have a great work ethic, love to be part of a team but with the ability to work under your own steam too, and are happy to get involved in almost every aspect of our operations in resort we want to hear from you!
In a nutshell, you will be responsible for the happiness of guests at our self-catered properties (changeovers are done by local contract cleaners), whilst also assisting with changeovers in the catered chalets, covering breakfast shifts for other team member's days off and managing our shopping deliveries and stock room.
Requirements for the Resort Assistant are:
* Experience in housekeeping and customer service roles
* Driving licence and own vehicle for use in resort (expenses paid)
* Efficiency and organisation are key skills with great foresight and the ability to meet deadlines
* EU passport holders or applicants with a French residency certificate due to the urgent nature of the appointment.
