We're looking for a couple to manage our catered chalet in Morzine for the upcoming winter season. The roles would be a chalet host and a chalet cook/chef, caring for our 13-person, 6-bedroom chalet.
The job descriptions are quite standard: maintaining chalet cleanliness, guest care, daily breakfast and afternoon cake preparation, and a three-course dinner service five days a week, plus guest changeovers.
Our approach differs in that we've already advertised the dates for the upcoming winter holidays, and we've ensured there's always at least one night free between groups. This allows ample time to prepare the chalet and guarantees you won't experience those demanding changeover days that involve breakfast, deep cleaning, and dinner all in one long day. Additionally, there are several gaps in the seasonal diary where the chalet will be empty for consecutive nights, providing an opportunity to recharge or to take advantage of the slopes.
