I'm looking for a place for a winter workshop in the Alps for the week of 6 to 13 March. Preferably Austria, but we are open to other possibilities. We are around 20 people (not sure on the exact number yet) and we would prefer a place just for ourselves (i.e. no other guests).
Our idea is to work and to do some skiing as well. Therefore, we need good WiFi connection and a large living room where we can work with our laptops.
I was wondering whether you can give me a quotation (in this chalet or others you may have) with and without catering, respectively.

If you are flexible we can offer you the week commencing 19th March on sole occupancy for up to 20 people.....
Our family owned and run catered chalet can offer your group sole occupancy, a week from the 19th March and our price would be £9000 which includes accommodation, breakfast, afternoon tea and delicious three course feasts with selected wines on six nights out of seven.
There’s a large comfy lounge with open log fire, honesty bar, sat tv, dvd, hifi, wifi should you need to keep in touch, games room with table tennis, air hockey, den with Wii, plenty off road parking or transfers can be arranged from Geneva, just 75 minutes at the rate of around 70€ per person return Geneva.
Your ski hire too can be arranged with a 10-30% discount from our local hire shop with nothing to pay until the end of your stay with us, fitted in the chalet and overnight storage at the bottom of the Ardent lift for quick and easy access to the areas of Avoriaz, Chatel and into Switzerland, 650km of pistes to explore. If necessary the ski schools also meet at the top of the lift so great for beginners too!

Morzine is just an hour and 20 minutes drive from Geneva airport and part of the massive Portes du Soleil ski region.

Chalet Sherpa has a fantastic friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Our on-site Sherpa bar (open to the public) offers snacks and dinner every night so you can choose either to eat in or sample one of the local restaurants in the evening.

We can offer sole occupancy of Mountain Maison, our large boutique chalet in snow sure Paradiski, France with 9 ensuite bedrooms and an optional studio. The chalet has two large sitting rooms with log stoves and WIFI, so you could use one as a meeting room / work space if you wished.
For a group of up to 20, it's £9,900 catered sole occupancy for 6-13/3/16. I can include airport transfers in this price if required. The chalet can sleep up to 27 people if your group increases in size. Extra people are charged at £400pp.
