Thank you for your message and interest for Chalet Rosière in Courchevel 1650.
We confirm availability from 25/02/2017 to 04/03/2017 at a price of €4.900 for a sole occupancy of the chalet (8 people) on a self catering basis.
This price includes full use of Chalet Rosière's facilities including a private sauna, one covered parking spot, free Wifi, bed sheets and towels as well as cleaning at the end of your stay. There will be a person welcoming you at the chalet to show you around and to handover the keys.
Ideally located in the heart of Courchevel 1650, this charming "Chalet de Village" is only within 3 minutes walking distance to the ski lifts, shops, entertainment places and major facilities of Courchevel 1650. It offers a flexible solution for families and groups of friends looking for a comfortable chalet in a top level ski resort.
The layout of our bedrooms is as follows : 2 double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom and 2 twin bedrooms with ensuite bathroom (the twin bedrooms of one room can be moved side by side).

To secure the booking we ask for a 30% downpayment within 10 days of the enquiry ; the balance of payment and the refundable security deposit (700€) are expected 8 weeks before the start of the rental period.
Payment can be done by bank transfer or by credit card (via PayPal with a 3,6% service charge).
