| Good evening
Many thanks to all who have replied to this request earlier, but our client is advising that they are only looking for a property with the following criteria; they won't consider neighbouring chalets or any that more than a short walk with small children, from lifts and ski school (no bus shuttles etc.,).
We fully appreciate that these are exacting requirements and that this is very late for these requirements, but if anyone can assist, please do get in touch
I have the following enquiry :-
Group of 23 – 14 adults, 8 children (aged 3 – 9) and a baby
Sole use, single property
25 or 26/2/17 for a week
Close to lifts/ski school for the children - 'Must have' requirement
Family-friendly resort
Catered
Hot tub/sauna would be nice
Transfers included would be helpful but not essential

Chalet Sonnleitn has a lovely warm and friendly home from home atmosphere, nestled in a pretty village just a few minutes from one of Austria’s top ten resorts –Nassfeld Ski Arena with 110km of crowd free, snow sure slopes. You can even ski or snowboard into Italy to sample authentic Italian pizza and pasta thanks to the resort’s unique location right on the border. The free shuttle takes you from the hotel to the gondola in under 4 minutes!
Chalet owners Lisa and Dennis pride themselves on their warm welcome, delicious home cooked food and good value, comfortable accommodation that ensures guests return year after year.
Guests can choose from en-suite single, double, family rooms and a quadruple room with an inter-connecting door. Most have southerly facing balconies with stunning views of the Carnic Alps.
Evening meal is served in the chalet's renovated Austrian style lounge/dining room which is cosy and candlelit at night - the perfect place to unwind with a drink after a delicious home cooked three course evening meal.
We can arrange your airport transfers, ski hire, ski school and ski passes without extra charge!
