Looking for a long weekend in the alps, with Geneva our preferred airport. Need accommodation for two males. Would prefer separate rooms (my mate snores) but could share.
Need a resort with some apres ski life and walking distance to lifts would be ideal but not a deal killer as we can hire a car.

We’d love to welcome you to Chalet Sherpa in Morzine - just an hour and 20 minutes’ drive from Geneva airport and part of the massive Portes du Soleil ski region.
Chalet Sherpa has a fantastic friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The chalet sleeps up to 25 guests in 10 bedrooms. We provide holidays on a bed and breakfast basis - breakfast includes a choice of cereals, orange/apple juice, baguette, toast, butter/jams/spreads, yoghurts, croissants and also a cooked option with sausages, bacon, eggs, hash browns, beans, tomatoes and mushrooms. Our chalet-hotel offers half board accommodation in snow sure Plagne 1800, part of the Paradiski area. We are next to the slopes and two chair lifts, with the ski school meeting point just across the street.

| Hi Jim - our 2-bed self-catered apartment in Morzine is available for those dates. It's a short walk from the centre of Morzine but also on the ski bus route which only takes a few mins and there's free car parking outside.
There's one double bedroom, one twin bunk room, a cosy sitting/dining room and a well equipped kitchen, plus bathroom.
For 5 nights it'd be £600 including linen and cleaning.

We have availability at la petite buche for your dates we can offer you 2 singles with private bathroom, the chalet is warm and cosy with all you would expect, wifi, uktv, a good dvd library, linen, and a roaring fire. We are both chefs in Crete during the summer season so you will be well fed.
The pretty mountain village of le grand bornand is only a short flat walk away, and has lots of lovely bars and alpine restaurants to chose from, the telecabine to the slopes is just the other side of the village centre. Le grand bornand is only an hour from geneva airport, so makes it a great spot for short or long stays alike. We are quite happy to organise transfers for you, reduced ski hire, and can organise lessons, and ski schools with enough notice. It's your holiday and we are happy to help you as much as we can.
The price per person per head per day, bed breakfast and a lovely dinner with wine and beer included is £65

Just in case you are still looking, we would have room for the two of you at Chalet Genevieve in Val d'Isère from Thursday, 2nd March, for 5 nights.
You can ski to the door of the chalet, which is owner-run and situated in the exclusive La Legettaz area at the foot of the Solaise slopes. In the mornings you just need to walk 100 yards down the road before putting on your skis. All five rooms have their own facilities. There is an outdoor hot tub, large sun terrace, log fire, mini bar, boot heater, foot massager, free WIFI, iPod and base station, indoor and outdoor parking, to say nothing of the beautiful views up the Manchet valley and over the village.
The Espace Killy has over 300km of piste to suit all abilities and the off-piste possibilities are endless. The village is at 1850m and with two glaciers, you will be assured of good snow. The après-ski entertainment is also varied and plentiful.
Included in the price are breakfast (freshly-squeezed orange juice, cereals, yoghurts, fresh fruit, bread, croissants, porridge and a hot option, eg. poached egg and ham on a toasted muffin), afternoon tea and on 6 evenings we serve a pre-dinner drink with canapés followed by a 4-course evening meal with select wines. Tea, coffee and fresh fruit are available at all times.
It is a 10 minute walk across the piste into the village center or you can make use of the free minibus service that drops you right outside the chalet.
The price per person for 5 nights is 995 Euros if you share a room or 1,195 Euros, if you would like separate rooms.
