Situated in the picturesque alpine village of Samoens with Flaine forms part of the Grand Massif Just 1 hour from Geneva.
Chalet Giffre has a great location in the town. The original farmhouse in the village with a private courtyard and the village on your door step. Just 400m to the church square and Gondola.
Our family run chalet has 6 bedrooms all have en suite shower room and wc. Each room has a double bed and single bed. Bunkbeds can be added to make family rooms sleeping up to 4. The chalet is built over 4 floors, with a log burning stove dividing the dinning area and the lounge area. We have a free bar before dinner offering beers, wines, and a few old favourites like G&T`s in front of the log fire.
Fully catered service 6 out of 7 days, cooked breakfast, afternoon tea/coffee freshly baked cakes, 3 course evening meal and cheese board served with cold beers and wine.
No walking in ski boots. Two minibuses servicing the chalet dropping you off at the Gondola 400m in under a minute. We also collect you form 5 diffrent lift station late afternoon

Location: Chantemerle, Serre Chevalier | We have availability for 3-10 March 2018 in our beautiful traditional mountain style chalet. It’s situated in Chantemerle, one of the pretty villages in the Serre Chevalier valley which has over 250 kms of high altitude skiing. It has been traditionally been regarded as a favourite with French and Italian skiers.
The ski lifts, bars and restaurants in Chantemerle are in walking distance although you can use the local navette which passes the Chalet. We have an arrangement with a local ski shop which is next to the slopes and lifts. No need to walk around in boots as you can all leave your ski’s & boots (with warmers) here overnight. Our clients get a 20% discount on all rental equipment. We provide complimentary ski hosting to skiers new to the area.
The chalet has 3 bedrooms sleeping a max 6/7 in one double and two twin bedrooms (2nd larger twin takes a 3rd bed) - you will have sole occupancy. There is one bathroom, with bath and shower leading to separate toilet. There is also a 2nd bathroom with shower & toilet. Soaps, robes and hairdryers also supplied to each room. In the living /dining room there is a wood burner, UK TV, DVD player with large library of DVD’s, games & free WiFi.
The price per person per week (2 sharing) is 517 euros. This includes breakfast, afternoon tea and homemade cakes and a quality 4 course evening meal (6 nights), wine/beer before and during dinner is also included.
