GROUND TRANSFER
We, 2 PAX, are looking for a shared ground TRANSFER tomorrow morning, SAT 17 March, with any chalet company's already-planned-but-not-full transfer, from GENEVA Airport to LA PLAGNE(Montchavin) or Landry sncf or Aime or Bourg St Maurice (or failing that, Moutiers). I got several replies from findtransfers.com, but the only not-ridiculously-priced one was actually full.
We ARRIVE Geneva (from Barcelona on Vueling)at 7.50a.m. There is no train from Geneva until 0950 & it takes 3.5 hrs -we are looking for a transfer closer to our arrival time. Because forecast says we must ski Saturday, really.
Sorry this isn't an accomodation request, I didn't know where to post it, but thought it worth a shot, in the interests of ski camraderie, reducing the environmental carnage caused by unsound use of underfilled transfer buses -think of those polar bears on shrinking ice flows! (Oh, & possibly self interest).
