Our luxury self-catered, 5-bed (sleeps 10-12) chalet in Champagny, La Plagne is free that week and is immense - 400 sq m over 3 floors linked by a lift and is just 700m/10 mins walk from the express gondola (free parking) where ski school is and 5-10 mins from boulangerie, shops, restaurants and bars.
It has jacuzzi, heated boot room, hammam, gym, bar, double-height living space, open fire, huge well-equipped kitchen, garage plus private parking for 4-5 cars. The cottage is located on the road of Chinaillon at a place called "les hauts des parmerais", about 2 km from the center of the village of Grand Bornand 50 minutes from Chamonix 45 minutes from Annecy and 50 minutes from Geneva.
The cottage is brand new and offers a high quality service (furnished 5 star tourism) I attach photos of the pool and jacuzzi (swimming pool heated all year).
The chalet is 260 m2 and can accommodate 22 people, it consists of 8 bedrooms with 8 bathrooms, 2 with spa bath. Each room has its flat screen.
There is also 4 toilets, a fully equipped kitchen (robot-coffee machine with grain and filter-service fondue - raclette- pierrade ...) open on the dining room for up to 22 people around the table- a living room with pleasure couch overlooking a gas fireplace. A high tech sound system in the kitchen and living room.
All in a style of mountain decoration but modern and design.
We put at your disposal a sauna, a laundry, a barbecue, a garage, a ski room with dry shoes.
Beds are made upon arrival and linen is provided including a bathrobe per person.
For the period you request the cottage is only available weekly (from Saturday to Saturday).
For the period from 28/12 to 04/01/20 the price is 11050 euros the whole cottage, cleaning is included, we ask you to leave us to leave the kitchen and clean dishes, empty the trash we ensure the rest of the household. (if cooking room we will ask you for an extra 250 euros)

I know you asked for self-catered but thought you might like this option at Morin. Half-board makes it a real holiday for everyone.
Our rooms vary from Family to twin/doubles, all with en suite or private bathrooms starting at £605pppw.
We have a large Hot Tub, south facing sun terrace and garden deck set in our own flat, tree lined garden. We also offer guests our driver and minibus service to and from the lifts daily (3mins) and for the more adventurous, a lift into the centre of town after dinner. We also offer the usual assistance with airport transfers, lift passes and ski/board hire in the comfort of the chalet as well as safe, secure parking for up to seven cars if you want to drive.

Chalet Apartment La Ruche is situated in a prime location in Morzine and is offered on a self catered basis in the winter & summer. It is situated only 550m from the Super Morzine telecabine giving you direct access to the pistes of Avoriaz & the Portes du Soleil. It is on the free bus route and a supermarket is almost next door. There is a large south facing terrace with great views of the Pleney slopes.
The chalet apartment provides comfortable accommodation for a group of 12 guests. There is a dining table with 12 chairs and a comfortable modern lounge with British/French TV channels.
