| Hi.
We are hoping to ski in Alpe d'huez, but would be equally happy in any of the satellite villages. We are 2 adults and 2 children (ages 17 and 13). Ideally we are looking for accommodation with 3 rooms. Our ideal would be to be able to walk to skiing. We don't have a huge budget,but wouldlove some home comforts, so hoping there might be a good deal out there for us!
Hopefully someone can help. Thank you. | At a glance:- Looking for a holiday

| Hi Susie
We can offer you Sat 30 March - 6 April 2019. The price is £500pp, but we can guarantee you 3 rooms for your group of 4 for £400pp with no single room supplement. I assume you want 3 rooms because your two children don't wish to share bedrooms
Our chalet has plenty of home comforts, we don't overcharge and often call ourselves the 'common sense' chalet. Great facilities, plenty of food, wonderful chalet hosts but all delivered in a sensible 'not over the top' way.
Our chalet offers you the following:
* Catered – daily breakfast & coffee / cake off the slopes, 3 course evening meals WITH free flowing wine for 5 nights
* Outdoor Hot Tub - with the most amazing view of the famous 21 hairpins of Tour de France fame. Known as the ‘Mystical Ascent’.
* Sauna
* WiFi
* Full UK SKY TV - sports, movies and kids channels
* Spacious, modern social facilities
* Spacious boot room - not some pokey ski locker (our sauna is within this area too)
* Heated Boot Dryer
* Ski IN/OUT
* Experienced chalet hosts.
* Snug - our X Box room, 2nd TV/DVD room / guest library
* Large south facing balcony.
* Private bathrooms
* Complimentary drinks on arrival
* 30% Discounted Ski Hire + FREE ski collection service
* 1 hour 30 minutes for Grenoble airport

Location: Vaujany | Hello Susie
Our chalet is situated just outside of Vaujany, a small, authentic Alpine village with great amenities such as a swimming pool, bowling, amazing day care, an ice-skating rink and daily animations.
We are part of the vast ski area of Alpe d’Huez which is superb for people of all levels of skiing.
Our spacious lounge has a large log fire. On the ground floor we have a bar and dining room where James cooks fantastic three course evening meals.
The chalet sleeps 19 in 8 en-suite bedrooms of which; 6 double/twin rooms, one triple room and one family suite.
There is lots of space for everyone to enjoy their evening as they please. Whether it’s sat in the hot tub watching the sunset, reading a book by the log fire or having a drink in our bar.
You can see everything in a 360° virtual tour on our website:
www.hotel-vaujany.com
We have an on-call shuttle service to take to you the village.
To avoid any hassle on the day of your arrival we can arrange discounted lift passes to be ready on your arrival. We also assist you with ski hire and private airport transfers.

Location: Alpe d'Huez | Hi Susie,
Perhaps our apartment might appeal to your family? Newly renovated for this season with lots of character!
We are in Huez, thats 4 beds down from Alpe d'Huez but the piste comes back down to within 200m, or you have the free resort shuttle buses if you don't want to use the car. The bubble lift is also just 200m away which takes you into the village, from there the new Alpe Express gondola takes you to the main ski area in under a couple of minutes.
Other than bags of charm, there's not much in Huez itself although just 50m away there is a little bar with a lovely south-facing terrace and they can order in fresh bread and croissants etc from the Alpe d'Huez bakery for you. Bearing this in mind the price of the apartment is an affordable 805 euros which includes all your bed linen, towels and local holiday tax. We've rented quite a bit through AirB&B and you can see the comments there which might make up for the not brilliant photos here!! I'm happy to send others or give you any more information.
There are 2 bedrooms but also a comfortable sofa bed (a proper one that a couple would be happy sleeping on!) in the living room.
Its a lovely time of the season to come out and the little terrace area outside should be an ideal sun-trap for an 'Apres' gin and tonic!
Let me know if you would like any other details.
Kind Regards,
Sarah
