The chalet marin is situated on the road of the chinaillon in the locality " les hauts de parmerais ", in approximately 2 km of the center of the village of the big Bornand in 50 minutes of Chamonix 45 minutes Annecy time and 50 minutes of Geneva.
The chalet is quite new and proposes you a service of high quality . I join you photos of the swimming pool and the Jacuzzi (swimming pool warmed all year long).
The made chalet 260 m2 and can welcome maximum 22 people, it consists of 8 rooms with 8 bathrooms.
There is also 4 toilets, 2 fully-equipped kitchen (robot coffee machine with grain and with cheese fondue set - raclette grill-stone) opened on the dining room which can welcome up to 22 people around the table. a lounge with sofa of enjoyment giving onto a gas fireplace.
The whole in a mountain but modern and design style of decoration.
We provide you with a sauna, a lingerie, 2 barbecues, a garage
Beds are made on arrival and the linen is supplied with in particular a bathrobe a person.
The chalet is still available for the 28th of december to the 4th of january 2020, the price is 11050 euros the week. the housework is included, we ask you your departure to leave us clean kitchens and clean dishes.(If not we shall ask you for a supplement)
I can’t hold it for a while because our chalet is on different online booking website. But send me a reply when you will be sure to make the booking.
Then I will send you the contract to sign ( we need 4000 euros for deposit amount)

We would love to offer you our chalet for New Year week on a self catering basis. We are just a 200m walk to the slopes which take you to the main gondola for ski school or a 2 minute drive down the hill to ski school.
We are an owner run luxury chalet based in the beautiful village of Les Houches in the Chamonix Valley.
Our luxury chalet is brand new and purpose built with all 7 bedrooms ensuite, 2 of which a family rooms. We have 4 large communal areas, separate kitchen, dining rooms and lounge/bar and snug with open fire. We also have a Sauna and jacuzzi with beautiful views across the valley.
We can of course help with pre arranging all your ski hire, lessons, passes in advance. We have ski hire delivered and fitted at the chalet so it makes life very simple for everyone.

Perfect for your group.
Chalet 'La Credence' is close to the village of Morzine in the French Alps. A charming and lovingly restored farmhouse with log fire dating back to the nineteenth century, it retains the ambience of a family home. This is reflected in the welcome you'll receive when you stay with us. The Chalet sleeps 16-18 in comfort and a free ski-bus stops outside the door.
The main living room is spacious with plenty of space for everyone to sit and relax. Sky TV, DVD and Apple Bluetooth docking station speaker for iPhones are provided, as well as a large selection of board games. Free super-fast WiFi is also provided. There is a Wine Fridge, Dishwasher, & Washing Machine etc in the fitted kitchen.
Although the interior of the chalet is non-smoking, we do provide an outside area for those who require it. Rooms vary in shape and size as reflects the character of the building, but all are decorated and furnished to a high standard. We have a charming, enclosed garden to the front of the chalet where you can sit and relax in the sun and there is a large car park suitable for 4 - 6 vehicles, if you are driving over to the Alps.
