| We are 2 families of 2 adults and 2 kids each (7, 6, 4, 2 yo) looking for a budget catered chalet/apartment in a resort that is good for driving from the UK.
We must have
- 2 double rooms, one with room for travel cot, plus at least one more room for kids.
- <10 mins drive to slopes, or ski bus/ski in-out.
We would like just over a week 27th Dec - 4th Jan, but could do Sat-Sat for a particularly good deal.
Can anyone offer budget catered? Or other things that make you appealing to us (cheap lift passes, easy transfers to slopes, particularly family friendly with toys, possibly childcare in chalet option for the littlest one)?
Please don't post if you offer high end luxury with associated prices and or not kid friendly - we will self cater if we can't find a good catered deal. Please include prices in your response.

| If you want good value for money in an exceptional ski resort check out my property Le Chalet de Valmorel. Price for NY week is €600 per adult, €500 per child catered. Lift passes are 30% cheaper than, say, Les Arcs or Meribel and bars and restaurants very reasonable. It's a genuine family resort, but with huge variety of skiing.

We have two en-suite family rooms available in our seven bedroom family friendly catered chalet in the heart of the Portes du Soleil. The price for that week would be £899 per adult, £575 per child and £399 per infant 5 and under.
We are owner run and food is exceptionally important to us - we can promise you food way beyond the usual chalet menu. The above price includes cooked and continental breakfast, afternoon tea with home-made cakes and four course evening meal with wine on six nights.
We shuttle you to and from the lifts of your choice everyday so you don’t need to worry about walking or waiting around for ski buses. The local lifts at Pleney, Ardent, Prodain or Super Morzine are around 10 minutes drive away and we also have a smaller, unlinked resort called Roc D’Enfer just two minutes from the chalet which is a real hidden gem.
The chalet has an outside hot tub, sauna, large lounge area with open log fire, toy chest and separate bar area with well stocked honesty bar. We are within walking distance of local shops, bars and restaurants.
We can arrange transfers from Geneva for an additional cost.
