You can leave your kit at our ski shop every night, so the walk back to the chalet (and your apres ski) is done without ski boots and skis!

We would love to look after you at La petite buche, we do have availability for your dates. The chalet sits just below road, overlooking the river borne, it’s warm and cosy with everything you would expect, wifi, uktv, a good dvd library, linen, and a roaring fire, for those chilly nights.
The pretty mountain village of Le Grand Bornand is only a short flat walk away, and has lots of lovely bars and alpine restaurants to chose from. The telecabine to the slopes is a short distance away and gives access to some great pistes.
We are both chefs in Crete during the summer so you will be well fed, (specific dietary needs can be catered for with notice). Ski school, private lessons and transfers can all be organized for you, it’s your holiday.
Le Grand Bornand is only an hour from Geneva airport, so makes it a great spot for short or long stays alike.
The price per person per night, bed breakfast, and a lovely evening meal (wine and beer included) is £75

Our ski area - Les Arcs and La Plagne - is immense and snow sure. Competent skiers can ski almost to our door and there is great off piste through the trees at the side of our local runs. Its grand for beginers too - lots of wide, gentle and long scenic blue runs and there is a free navette with leads to a magical snow filled valley if you fancy an interesting excursion or time off the slopes.
The chalet has awesome views, a sundeck hot tub with sunset views and we promise great food.
