Our self-catered chalet in Châtel, the Portes du Soleil has 4 spacious bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, sleeps up to 10. Rooms can be a double, twin, or single. One room also includes bunk beds and a larger bathroom.
5-minute walk from Châtel village for restaurants, bars, a supermarket, and a bakery.
The Portes du Soleil is one of the largest linked ski areas in the world (650 km of slopes) ideal for intermediate skiers and offering access to Avoriaz 1800 and other snow-sure areas.
Geneva Airport - 90 minutes away.
A bus stop is opposite the chalet. While not ski-in/ski-out, the bus is reliable and takes a few minutes to the nearest lifts.
Outdoor hot tub, stunning mountain views. Log fire in the living area makes for cosy evenings.
Well-equipped kitchen (including a slow cooker), you can pre-order home-cooked frozen meals from Peak Eats.
Prices start from €3,000.
Hot tub: €150/week (optional)
Towels: €6 per towel (optional)
Bed linen: €18 per person (optional)
Tourist tax: €1.50 per person per day
Ski hire equipment can be arranged at the chalet. Private transfers €270, or shared transfers €55 per person one way with Châtel Transfers.

We’d love to host your group. While our chalet doesn’t have 5 or 6 bedrooms, it comfortably sleeps 6 adults across 4 ensuite bedrooms, with flexible bed setups and plenty of space for sole occupancy.
We’re based in Châtel, a charming Alpine village in the Portes du Soleil, one of the world’s largest ski areas with 650km of pistes – perfect for intermediates.
