Request: Anywhere considered - property for sole occupancy, self catered for 50 people, 14 days between the 6/8/2017 and the 20/8/2017

We are looking to rent for a group of 50-70 persons, a self catering chalet/hotel with own indoor swimming pool, games room, playground etc in some scenic Alp location.
Must have activities, good transport in the area as some of us won't have a car.

Hello Rachel

We have a 15 bedroomed property sleeping up to 54 persons.
The rooms are a mixture of double, family, quad and dorm style rooms. The dorm room is the largest with 6 bedrooms.

Each room has either a shower and sink ensuite or a private bathroom and sink.

The toilets are located in the corridors of the property.

The property is available for these dates on a bed and breakfast basis for a weekly rate of £10000.00

We don't unfortunately offer a self catering option at the property.

We are happy to assist on helping you to organise group activities and excursions.

The property also benefits from a large dining area, large outdoor terrace with barbecue facilities and pizza oven.

There is a fully stocked bar.

We have a large games room/lounge with football table and pool table.
There is a large selection of DVDs.

Outside on our terrace you will find a hot tub.

We are situated at the Plateau de Nyon with breathtaking views overlooking the town of Morzine.

Hi Rachel.

I discussed with the owners and he is prepared to allow self catering options for those two weeks.
The property is available at £7500.00 per week self catered and includes a linen change after the first week and a clean down.

There would be an damages deposit waiver of £1000.00 which would be refunded subject to the property being left in the condition it was rented out in.
ie.no damaages ect.
