| I'm delighted to tell you Chalet Marmotte is available for the week, however, our changeover day is Sunday so the actual dates would be 11th March 2018 to 18th March 2018. The chalet will sleep 12 - 14 and costs £1850 for the week.
The chalet was purpose built with families in mind. It is a 500m walk from the gondola and the walk is flat. The Grand Massif is ideal for skiing of all abilities, from absolute beginners to experts. There is a creche/ski school which is excellent.
Morillon is a lovely village and the main street has everything you need: a small selection of shops (including a butchers, a patisserie, a small supermarket) a bar and a restaurant that are all walkable. Samoens is only a 5 minute drive and has a wider range of restaurants, bars, a Carrefour supermarket, fromagerie and cinema etc.

If you wish to reserve we do ask for a 10% reservation fee, the balance to be paid 8 weeks before departure. We also ask for a £400 deposit at the time of reservation, which will be returned after your visit providing everything is left in a clean state and there is no damage.

It has some amazing facilities, including a private indoor swimming pool , hot tub, sauna and games room and is just 400m from the pistes, ski lift and village centre. The chalet has lovely views across the valley to Courchevel, leading onto a snowy meadow which is perfect for tobogganing!
We have two of our chefs returning from last year, so we know the food will be good!
The catering consists of breakfast, afternoon tea and cakes and 3 course evening meal with wine and cheese board.

The resort itself is very picturesque, but also has a lively centre containing several good bars, arranged around a village square and the ‘Bar Le Timbale’ has live music and dj’s at the weekends. The village is part of the huge Paradiski area (consisting of La Plagne and les Arcs, offering some 425km of pistes) and the Champagny ski area is directly linked into La Plagne – you can be in La Plagne Centre in just 30 minutes. The village has an excellent local ski school and the ski hire shop we use also has a free overnight equipment store with boot warmers, meaning you can walk back to the chalet in your normal shoes instead of clomping there in big plastic ski boots!
