La Ferme du Chateau offers a warm & friendly welcome in this beautifully renovated Savoyard farmhouse with its exceptionally spacious accommodation in 6 en-suite rooms, great food prepared by a professional and quality wines. All rooms can be twin or double rooms, all of which have bath and/or shower facilities plus branded toiletries, dressing gowns, hair dryers and access to an outdoor sunken jacuzzi. The living / dining area is extremely spacious yet homely and is centered around a wood clad open fire with lots of comfy sofas in which to relax with a chilled glass of wine and canapes after a day on the slopes.
It is fully catered which includes breakfast & afternoon tea on each day, pre-dinner drinks & canapes, a 4- course evening meal which is accompanied by free flowing quality wines & beer. La Ferme is in the centre of the beautiful village of La Chapelle d'Abondance, part of the vast Portes du Soleil ski region, offering a combination of the best of traditional French villages with the excitement of a large ski area. La Ferme is within walking/skiing distance of the local runs, has direct access to the Portes du Soleil, local bars including a microbrewery, shops and restaurants; but we also have in resort transport so can start from any point in the valley and can pop to Chatel to sample the apres ski there too.

A little bit about us:
We are about 15 minutes from Chatel and provide a private chauffeur driven minibus to get your group to their choice of lifts and back each day, allowing for access to the whole Portes de Soleil ski area.

Chalet Grande Etoile is a traditional classic chalet situated in the main street of the old town in Alpe d'Huez. The open-plan living and dining area has a comfortable, cosy, home-from-home feel. The superb central location of the chalet means that you are close to the shops, restaurants and bars plus the three main lift systems within two minutes walk. Hayley sleeps up to 12 people in six bedrooms with the possibility of two additional children if you are taking exclusive occupancy. It is located right on the piste and next to the gondola lift for the ultimate in ski-in/ski-out experience with easy access to the areas of Les Menuires, Val Thorens and the Meribel Valley. On the edge of the village of Bruyeres, next to the swimming pool, nursery and ski school this is arguably one of the best locations in the Three Valleys for your ski holiday. We normally only advertise as a 10 guest chalet but I could make that 12 guests as one of the rooms will be for 3 people. I could offer the chalet to you for £850 per head, a total cost of £10,200 for the 12 guests.
Included in the price is a full breakfast each day, tea and homemade cake every afternoon and a 4 course meal on 6 of a 7 night stay. All house wines, beers and soft drinks are included in the price.
