| | We are a party of 14 looking for accommodation in the French alps, preferably Porte du Soleil area from Saturday 29th December - 5th January. We are looking for a reasonably priced self catered chalet. Last year we rented a self catered chalet for 14 people over New Year period for £3300 so would be keen not to spend too much more. We can offer you a fantastic skiing holiday in our rustic mountain chalet.
Catered rate 700€ per person. Children under 12 have a 20% discount and the under 2’s stay for free.
Alpe d’Huez is a high altitude resort, ensuring great skiing conditions throughout the season. Fantastic for skiers and boarders of all levels.
Our main lounge and dining room feature a log fire, honesty bar, English Sky TV, DVD player, DVD’s, Wii U & games and classic family board games. Free Wi-Fi throughout.
For the adults, our spa area has a hot tub and sauna for added luxury & relaxation.
We also have a very friendly Bernese mountain dog!
Each guest room is en-suite and has a TV and DVD player, tea/coffee making facilities and a fridge.
Our Catered rates include a continental breakfast with a hot option on alternate days, afternoon tea and a full 3 course dinner.
Dinner is served 6 nights out of 7. This allows you to experience one of the many mountain-side restaurants in Alpe d’Huez.

With access to over 650km of pistes in the massive Portes Du Soleil ski area (plus some amazing off piste!), you’ll certainly have plenty of skiing to enjoy.

I can offer you my chalet in Chatel, PDS, for £3300 self-catered. Six double bedrooms (one has two twin bunks) and a single bedroom. Three bathrooms, three shower rooms. Two living/dining rooms and two kitchens. Price includes, linen/towels, final clean, electricity, logs, and tourist tax. 5* excellent rating.

We are about 15 minutes from Chatel and provide a private chauffer driven minibus to get your group to their choice of lifts and back each day, allowing for access to the whole Portes du Soleil ski area - without the need for walking!
Our chalet is massive, with en-suite bedrooms and American-sized suite rooms that have both a bath, separate shower room and TV lounge attached to each of them. With free on-site parking, massive wrap around balconies, large outdoor hot tub with amazing views and WiFi access throughout.
We are fully catered:

Cooked and continental breakfasts
Afternoon tea
We can arrange for delivery of ski kit hire directly to the chalet for fitting, as well as lift passes.

Chatel is a great resort for all ages and abilities - linking into Avoriaz, Morzine and Les Gets, with some very good snow parks for boarders. The local ski schools are excellent and well located for handy drop offs and pick ups - we'd be happy to make recommendations.
