PLEASE CAN ANYONE HELP.
I have just found out I have been scammed and the accommodation I have booked and paid a deposit for isn’t owned by the person I booked with. she was pretending to be the proprietor of a property that had nothing to do with her. ???
I have now got to find a holiday for 10/11 of us for 16th feb for 1 week. Which is proving very difficult.
Unfortunately I can’t change the dates as all our travel has been booked and paid for.

Awful to hear about the booking scam....I can offer your group a holiday at Chalet Sherpa in Morzine for these dates.
Chalet Sherpa has a fantastic friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The chalet sleeps up to 25 guests in 10 bedrooms. We provide holidays on a bed and breakfast basis - breakfast includes a choice of cereals, orange/apple juice, baguette, toast, butter/jams/spreads, yoghurts, croissants and also a cooked option with sausages, bacon, eggs, hash browns, beans, tomatoes and mushrooms. Tea, coffee and hot chocolate are available all day.
Our on-site Sherpa bar offers great value snacks and dinner every night from 6-10pm with a 10% discount on all food orders for our chalet guests. This gives you the freedom to 'eat in' at the chalet or sample one of the superb local restaurants in the evenings.
The chalet is in a great location - just an easy, flat walk to Morzine town centre and ski lifts (800m) and 30m from the ski bus stop.
The price per person for 7 nights is £535. Children aged 10 and under are half price.

We are about 15 minutes from Pre la Joux/Chatel and would provide a private chauffeur driven minibus to get you to your choice of lifts and back each day. No walking in ski boots carrying skis! You would have the whole Portes de Soleil ski area.

Oh dear - I have heard about someone attempting to scam several people recently, that's terrible they actually got money off you 
It looks like you've had a few replies for catered accommodation - but if you're looking for self-catered accommodation I do have one chalet which has become available again for your exact dates due to a cancellation - however it does only sleep a maximum of 8 people, so if your group are able to split down a bit, and 2-3 people find a studio / 1-bedroomed apartment, it might work out?
Chalet Lievre Blanc has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, plus sauna and jacuzzi.
