We are looking for a chalet for a long skiing weekend in March.
We are a group of young professionals from London who love to ski. We are looking for a resort which is relatively busy with a good range of ski runs etc. We'd love to stay in a catered chalet not too far from the ski lifts, but are open to options!
We're quite happy to go anywhere, but we'd rather go somewhere with a shorter transfer time from the airport.

Location: Samoëns | We can offer sole occupancy in light & modern catered chalet, with wood-burner, sauna & outdoor hot tub. We’re an owner-run chalet and really care about making a great holiday for our guests.
There's 5 ensuite double bedrooms, with 4 of them being easy triples/quads. We can move double/single beds around according to group make-up. They’re all proper kings/doubles/single beds - not a bunk-bed in sight.
Chalet Nordchamp is only an hour from Geneva airport, so nice short transfer times. The ski area is the Grand Massif - 265km of awesome skiing - both in the tree-lined villages and high-up above the tree line in Flaine (2,500m) bowl. We hate walking in ski/board boots and reckon guests do too, so we offer a free minibus shuttle for lift drop-off & pick-up. Its just 2-4 minutes to the lift, depending on which of the 3 you choose… so probably less walking in ski boots than a ski in/out chalet!
We have made arrangements with local partners so you maximise snow time on a short break:

- English speaking ski schools
- Ski/Board hire direct to the chalet
- In chalet lift pass sales
We’re passionate about food & great ingredients. Meals are relaxed and plentiful, and of course decent bottled wine is included. Catered service includes breakfast, afternoon tea/coffee/cake everyday; and a fizz apéro followed by 3 course dinner, each night.
The price for sole occupancy for 10 would be €5,400 for a 4 night break, and €5,940 for 12 people on those dates.

The 6 bedroom very grand Exclusive Chalet in Chatel would be perfect for your group. All 5 luxury twin ensuite bedrooms have balconies and are all on the top floor, there is an additional bedroom on the middle floor with private bathroom. The chalet is massive.
Chatel is perfectly placed with an excellent snow record and central access to the best Swiss and French resorts. The Exclusive Chalet is very high end and well located.
It is right between the lively and pretty town which has some great bars for Apres, the Forme D'o Spa (one of the best in the Alps) and the pistes, all within a 5 minute walk but our clients do not have to walk or bus to the slopes as we also offer a chauffeur service in a VW Caravelle morning and evening.
The lounge is huge with log fire roaring and lots of beautiful decor and comfortable seating. The 8 seater outdoor hot tub has wonderful views.

Hi Megan,
The Grand Massif is the 4th largest ski area in France. Fantastic for all levels and the off-piste here is outstanding.
Chalet Ski-Massif is located at 1300m, off the mountain road that goes from Samoëns (720m) up to the Samoëns 1600 ski station. You will feel like you're properly staying in the alpine mountains, with uninterrupted views of valleys, mountains, pine trees and snow surrounding the chalet. It is an idyllic spot and a beautiful drive up to the slopes in the morning.
Because of this location I can drop you at the top of a green/blue/red piste in less than 5 minutes of leaving the chalet - well ahead of the people that take 40 minutes to come up from the villages, and you can be ahead of the queues and half way to Flaine before the crowds have even put their skis on.
At night, from the hot tub, you get amazing views of the stars because of the lack of light pollution.
All you need to do is to book your flights. We'll help you with everything else: from transfers, passes, rentals, getting you to the slopes, lessons/guides, and any advice you'd like for the mountain.
This season I have an excellent chef who is passionate about food. Amanda will spoil you with her delicious freshly cooked meals while her husband Peter serves you a selection of 10 wines. Beers and aperitifs are also included.
