| We have done a few weeks skiing this season and this will be our final one after a week in the Grand Massif. We are a married couple driving our own car and want to end with some good snow, which means high. We are really just thinking of a double room in a catered chalet (with parking!) in Espace Killy, Chamonix Valley or Val Thorens. If south of Albertville, we will probably only want six nights, leaving on Friday 13 March to fit in with our travel arrangements. One of our party is a vegetarian.
Having already had five weeks in good quality chalets, 'luxury' is not a consideration. We want good dry, deep, high altitude snow. | At a glance:- Looking for a holiday

Our chalet-hotel offers half board accommodation in snow sure Plagne 1800, part of the Paradiski area. We are next to the slopes and two chair lifts, with the ski school meeting point just across the street.

We would have a room for you at Chalet Genevieve in Val d'Isère from Saturday, 7th March.
You can ski to the door of the chalet, which is owner-run and situated in the exclusive La Legettaz area at the foot of the Solaise slopes. In the mornings you just need to walk 100 yards down the road before putting on your skis. All five rooms have their own facilities. There is an outdoor hot tub, large sun terrace, log fire, mini bar, boot heater, foot massager, free WIFI, iPod and base station, indoor and outdoor parking, to say nothing of the beautiful views up the Manchet valley and over the village.
The Espace Killy has over 300km of piste to suit all abilities and the off-piste possibilities are endless. The village is at 1850m and with two glaciers, you will be assured of good snow. The après-ski entertainment is also varied and plentiful.
Included in the price are breakfast (freshly-squeezed orange juice, cereals, yoghurts, fresh fruit, bread, croissants, porridge and a hot option, eg. poached egg and ham on a toasted muffin), afternoon tea and on 6 evenings we serve a pre-dinner drink with canapés followed by a 4-course evening meal with select wines. Tea, coffee and fresh fruit are available at all times.
It is a 10 minute walk across the piste into the village centre or you can make use of the free bus service that drops you right outside the chalet.
The price per person for six nights is 1,295 Euros.

I have a catered chalet available in Les Arcs/Peisey which is ski in ski out. There is a twin room with en suite facilities for £459 pp. 7 nights from 7th March.
With a beautiful open plan lounge, complete with log burning fire, the temptation to curl up and relax at the end of the day is hard not to give into. The lounge is spacious and sociable and seating is comfortable so you can sit together and chat about the day’s events while feeling really at home. A door from the dining room area opens out onto a South and West facing balcony and allows you to take in the absolutely amazing views out into the valley and across the mountains.
