We need a chalet that can sleep 16 people, 5 children and 11 adults, (spread over a minimum of 7 rooms) from 19th/20th to 27th December. We are looking for Europe and don't mind the location as long as it fulfils the following criteria:
High enough so there is some actual snow
Good enough skiing for very advanced skiers with some nice gentle slopes for beginners
Within 10/15 mins walk of a ski lift
Half or full board
Ideally in the £800 per person region, but for something really special we could go up to £1000 per person

The Portes Du Soleil offers excellent skiing/boarding for all abilities with beautiful tree line runs and great unpisted areas to explore. We can advise on the best places to experience skiing for the first time and for all you ski ninjas out there!
The Chalet - comfortable and cozy with warm beds, hot tub, bathrobes and fluffy towels, slippers, wifi and British TV.

Chalet Namika is an independently run chalet by Ian and myself (June). We aim to provide a relaxing atmosphere where you can chill out after an exciting days skiing. Chalet Namika is a ski in, ski out chalet situated on the sunny slopes of Alpe d’Huez which benefits from glacier skiing. There is also a free bus into the village which runs every 10 mins.

Thanks for your post.
We fulfil all but 1 of your criteria :
6 ensuite bedrooms. Separate Smart TV room, which could be used as a bedroom, although we don't normally 
1576m, we have always skied at Christmas and New Year, we had the chalet built 12 years ago. In the resort of La Tzoumaz, with gentler and quieter slopes this side of the mountain and directly connected to Verbier so ideal for the advanced skiers.
600m from the slopes, chair lift and nursery slope, 800m from the resort centre and main telecabine (you can ski to it from the slope above) no need to walk as we run a drop off service every morning. Getting back is easy on the free bus, and it's 100m downhill from the bus stop to the chalet.
1hr 40 from Geneva, can arrange private transfers direct from arrivals to the chalet.
Chalet half board, cooked breakfast options every day, homemade cakes/biscuits every day, 5 course evening meal with good wines on 6 nights, earlier and simpler meals for children as preferred. Full and proper Christmas dinner with crackers and all the trimmings, and champagne of course !
