We have a great team running the chalet with a fabulous 7 day/ 6 evening meal (3 or 4 course menu) including some local specialities and a variety of wine. Afternoon tea every day. Our chalet is situated just outside of Vaujany, a small, authentic Alpine village with great amenities such as a swimming pool, bowling, amazing day care, an ice-skating rink and daily animations. There are also a few bars where you can enjoy a nice drink after skiing.
We are part of the vast ski area of Alpe d’Huez which is superb for people of all levels of skiing.
Our spacious lounge has a large log fire. On the ground floor we have a bar and dining room where James cooks fantastic three course evening meals.
The chalet sleeps 19 in 8 en-suite bedrooms of which; 6 double/twin rooms, one triple room and one family suite.

Les Arcs is our home resort and it's just 5 minutes to the
high speed Funicular lift in Bourg St Maurice from the chalet.
Transport is provided for you to and from this lift all day long "on
demand", that means no timetable to follow!
Chalet la Bas is a home from home with all of the services you would expect
from an alpine ski chalet. The food's very good, the service level high and
a good friendly stay is guaranteed.

Les Arcs/Paradiski has 425 km of ski runs, is a high altitude resort and
has excellent skiing from 1200m up to 3200m. 70% of the pistes are above
2000m. There are 2 glacier ski areas.

Will-i-ski? is an independent owner run chalet company dedicated to bringing you a unique holiday you will not forget. We (Phoebe and Charlie) currently run the Chalet Marmotte in La Plagne 1800 and feel the chalet can deliver everything you require for a traditional and cosy chalet holiday.
The Chalet Marmotte sleeps up to 15 people in various room configurations. There is a lounge/dining area with a log fireplace and a separate ‘snug’ with games console and a TV for watching DVD’s.
We also have a Sauna to help soothe the muscles after a long days skiing.
La Plagne is the perfect setting for a great holiday’s skiing, its varied and can cater to all levels of skier or snowboarder. It is also linked with Les Arcs to make up the joint area called the Paradiski offering 425km of pistes, the second largest ski area in the world.
