| We are 3 families that would like to rent a 5 bedroom chalet for the entire season. The rental starting after the Christmas / New Year holidays and running through to mid April. It would be the same 3 couples using the property throughout the season but with occasional guests in the other two bedrooms.
We do not require catering. Weekly cleaning if provided should be costed separately. Would consider paying utilities and "extras" i.e. electric, wood in addition to the rental if necessary.
3 double bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom plus 2 other reasonable sized bedrooms.
Large living area required. Parking for 4+ cars. Does not need to be "luxury" but does need to be comfortable and fully equipped. Nice to have a hottub / sauna but not critical.
Must be on a bus route and walking distance from central Morzine and walking access to shops, restaurants, sports facilities etc.
Please do not reply with the standard weekly rental multiplied by 14 weeks. We have done this previously and would expect a significant reduction in weekly rental for a full-season rental. We would also be happy to look at vacating the property for the Feb half-term period if this was a deal breaker.
Would be happy paying in either £ or Euros.

| Hi. We have six en-suite bedrooms hot tub and sauna abs central location close to super Morzine lift. We have parking for one (or two small ) cars but there is a free car park not far away

Is a central Morzine location critical for you? We have a large house in the centre of St Jean d'Aulps. There are bars and restaurants within walking distance but you would need cars to access the centre of Morzine / the pistes.
5 large ensuite bedrooms, big living spaces, garden, hot tub, plenty of free parking outside. Cleaning and ad-hoc meal delivery (if of interest) available.
