Situated in the picturesque alpine village of Samoens. Just 1 hour from Geneva airport.
Chalet Giffre is owner run and has a great location. The original farmhouse in the village with a private courtyard offering off road parking and the village on your doorstep. Just 400m to the Gondola.
Our private mini bus bus, drop off and collection from the gondola in under a minute. The Gondola takes you to the mid station at 1600m where the nursery slopes are and you have the Grand Massif ski area to discover.
5 bedrooms sleeping up to 13 with small en suite shower rooms and wc.
Spacious open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area all on the same floor.
Fully catered 6 out of 7 days cooked breakfast and cereals. Return from skiing to a home baked cake, tea, coffee, hot chocolate or a few chilled beers. In the evening a 3 course meal followed by a cheese board. We also offer complimentary beer, wines and a few G&Ts or what takes your fancy during the evening.
The chalet has a fully kitted ski shop with over 100 sets of skis, boots and helmets for all levels from beginners to all mountain skis.
We are on hand to change any equipment during the week. Skis are all waxed and serviced daily ready for the next day. No queuing in shops to get or return your ski gear.

We have a selection of high quality chalets in Morzine and Les Gets which are part of the vast Portes du Soleil Ski area. We offer holidays on a half board basis and self-catered basis and can organize all aspects of your holiday (excluding flights).
We offer 3 and 4 night short stays in all our catered chalets depending on availability. Arrive on a Sunday and depart on a Wednesday or Thursday or arrive mid week either on the Wednesday or the Thursday and depart on the Sunday. Our Chalet-Hotel Les Rhododendrons in snow sure Plagne 1800 is part of the Paradiski area, next to the slopes and two chair lifts taking you to pistes suiting all abilities. The ski school meeting point is just across the street from us.
We provide half board EVERY day and an excellent range of facilities including
