ideally walkable to the slopes so were not carrying skies all over resort.
were looking fr a more affordable solution than donating a kidney in a quite resort that won't be 1hr one queues for the lifts.

I can offer acccommodation in either 2 rooms or a large family room from Sunday 16th February for a week at La Ferme du Chateau.
We are in the centre of La Chapelle d'Abondance, which is part of the Portes du Soleil ski region and 1hr 30 mins from Geneva or 8 hours form Calais.
La Ferme has 6 en-suite rooms, large open plan lounge and dining area and an outdoor jacuzzi. It is in the centre of the village and close to all the local ammenities and slopes and is offered on a fully catered basis.
We offer breakfast & afternoon tea each day, pre-dinner drinks and canapes followed by a 4 course meal with wine and beer on all bar one evening. There is an early 2 course supper option for children. Although we are within walking distance of the local slopes we also offer in resort transport to anywhere in the valley so that you can start and finish your ski day wherever you wish.
We are also happy to organise any airport transfers, ski hire, lessons and lift passes you require.
The prices per adult for the week based on a family room is £945 with 40% off for children aged 12 and under please contact me if you want a quote for two rooms.
Alternative I have a 4 day slot from March 2nd to March 6th adult price £660 with discounts for children depending upon their ages.

We have availability at Chalet Les Grands Sorbiers, which has 3 bedrooms, and can sleep 7 people, 8 at a squeeze. It is ideal for a group of friends, 3 couples or 1 family. Whether from the kitchen, balcony or top bedroom, the views across Meribel valley from Chalet Les Grands Sorbiers are just incredible!
It’s an apartment set on 5 different levels, so as soon as you enter you feel like you’re in a chalet. The apartment is finished with alpine wooden interiors, and there are lots of great little nooks and crannies, Juliet balconies, and inside windows – it’s quirky, it’s cosy, kids will love it. It feels like staying in a tree-house in the mountains.
It’s a short walk (about 4 minutes) from the apartment to the nearest piste, where you can ski down to La Chaudanne, the main lift area.

| Hi Mike,
L'Ancienne Scierie is available over those dates or from the 12th Feb' if you want to avoid saturday/sunday flights.
It isn't walking distance to the slopes but the ski bus is 50m away (then 6 minutes) or a 2 minute drive if you have a car and you can store skis and boots at the lifts rather than lug them around.
Samoens has some great skiing and the town has plenty of bars and restaurants.
