| We are looking for a private chalet (sole occupancy) for a group of 20–24 adults in March 2026 (ideally around 21–28 March 2026, with a few days of flexibility).
We are interested in properties in Alpe d’Huez or nearby ski resorts suitable for attending Tomorrowland Winter.
The purpose of our trip is a birthday celebration, so we would appreciate a chalet with a spacious living area suitable for relaxed evening gatherings.
Our key requirements:
• 20–24 guests, minimum 8+ bedrooms
• 7 breakfasts + 5 dinners (catered chalet or private chef service)
• Sole occupancy of the entire property
• Large living/dining area for group dinners and small private celebrations
• Ski-in / ski-out preferred, but not essential
• Sauna, jacuzzi or spa facilities would be a bonus
• Easy access to ski lifts and/or shuttle services

We can offer chalet Hermine Blanc which is available for your dates and comfortably sleeps 26 with a sauna and a hot tub. Situated right next to the gondola, the chalet is in a great location and we are snow sure due the glacier of La Plagne and Les Arcs. With 425km of pistes there is something for everyone and a nice bar, ski school and hire shop opposite the chalet.
The price for the week catered is £13,400 / £516pp or £660pp with transfers from any airport. Included in our price and hosted service is 6 tasty and hearty three course evening meals with wine, breakfast with hot options, and afternoon tea.
It’s a great location for this time of the season and we have 20% off lift passes this week too.

We can offer you this catered property at sole occupancy basis (22 beds, 10 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, sauna and jacuzzi) for a per person price of €580,00.
The chalet has a good location. We offer a free private shuttle service in the morning that takes you to the Lonzagne ski lift in less than a minute. In the afternoon, we’ll pick you up at the bottom of the Lonzagne lift and bring you back to the chalet – very easy. At the top of the lonzagne ski lift you are in the middle of the paradiski ski area. ESF ski lessons also start at the top of the Lonzagne ski lift.
About our catering:
You start your day with a cooked breakfast, a different hot option every day. When you return from the slopes a freshly baked cake awaits you. At night we provide a healthy, balanced 4-course meal. A starter, main course, cheese and dessert. Wine and beer are included during diner. (Diner is 6 times a week)
