Piste Bleue is a brand-new chalet apartment located in the heart of Morzine, within easy reach of bars, restaurants, and lifts. Sleeping 8–10 guests, it features four en-suite bedrooms, including a family suite with a separate bunk room, a spacious open-plan living and kitchen area, and a large terrace with a hot tub—perfect for unwinding after a day of activity.
The chalet’s location is ideal for accessing the Morzine - Avoriaz/Les Gets/ and full Portes Du Soleil areas. The Pleney lift is less than 100m away, and the Super Morzine lift is just a 7-minute walk. A nearby bus stop provides access to the Ardent or Prodains lifts for alternative routes.

Skiing starts at 1600m and is the center of the Grand Massif ski area.
The area is made up of 5 resorts Samoens, Flaine, Les Carroz, Morillon and Sixt. All linked by blue runs.
In the top 5 snow sure resorts over 265 kms.
Just 1 hour from Geneva Airport.

The chalet is situated midway between the gondola and church square.
5 bedrooms with small en suite shower rooms and toilets.
The whole 2nd floor is open plan, wooden beams with a central chimney dividing the dining area and lounge.
