Location: Bansko, Bulgaria | We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced cook to join our team here at Devonshire Lodge, Bansko for the forthcoming 2017/18 ski season..As owners of a small independent chalet we are looking for someone to work alongside us, where apart from the kitchen we run the chalet ourselves.
The role involves providing a cooked breakfast, home-made afternoon tea and cakes and a delicious well presented three course evening meal 6 nights a week. The focus is on restaurant quality cooking and presentation, in a relaxed homely environment. You should feel confident and comfortable with supplying meals for guests with special dietary requirements. You will also be expected to help plan the menu. Ideally we are looking for someone who has worked and gained valuable experience in a commercial kitchen.
