| Looking for 1 ensuite room for a couple of adults in Alpe D'Huez from 17/03/18 for 1 week. We don't need luxury accommodation but we'd like to stay somewhere that isn't budget either. A good quality chalet with good food, preferably ski in ski out. Would prefer to avoid infants, toddlers or large groups of children.
At the moment torn between the Milky Way area of Italy or AD in France. My vote is for AD but my wife needs convincing..!

Mini Bus with driver at your disposal - just give us a text 10 mins before you’d like being picked up and we can deliver you back to the chalet! We are perfectly positioned just out of resort but only 6 mins dive to the ski lifts.
Airport Transfers - Grenoble (1.5hr) can be arranged upon request.
We are in the Alp d’huez Ski Area which is high altitude at 3060 so snow sure all season. We have some of the best off piste and back country too and can organise guiding for your group.
The après is pretty good too!

Chalet Grande Etoile is a traditional classic chalet situated in the main street of the old town in Alpe d'Huez. The open-plan living and dining area has a comfortable, cosy, home-from-home feel. The superb central location of the chalet means that you are close to the shops, restaurants and bars plus the three main lift systems within two minutes walk. The chalet has been finished with alpine furnishings with a modern twist, a style which continues in all of the en suite bedrooms. The wellness area is a superb spot to relax in after a great day on the mountain, and don’t forget to relax on the balcony which, along with some of the bedrooms, enjoys superb views of the valley. With storage for your ski equipment and heated boot dryers, Chalets Grande Etoile is a popular choice and early booking is recommended.
As all rooms can be configured either as twin or king-sized beds, we will make them up as twins unless we are advised otherwise.
Chalet Grande Etoile is situated in the same building as Chalet Petite Etoile.
