Phoenix 101 is situated in Tignes le Lac. It's positioning is second to none, being 100m from the slopes (pretty much ski in-ski out) and central lift system and is in close proximity to a supermarket, deli, ski shop and bars / restaurants
The apartment sleeps 8-10 comfortably and so we can certainly accommodate your group size .
The master suite has a super king bed, a fold out full size single, an en suite bathroom with bath and a separate loo.
The Antler room has a super king bed.
The Orange room has 2 full size single beds.
The Bunk room has a double bed sized bunk bed which can fit 4 adults/teenagers.

We can offer you Chalet Mesanges self-catered at a reduced rate for 7 people which would be compatible with your budget - €3100 (reduced from €3900 for 11 people).
The chalet is situated less than 5 mins walk from the SuperMorzine lift. There are 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and it's well equipped with a good, separate kitchen, has a fireplace, a garage for ski storage, and a drying room, and Wifi.
Re the extras - I can't quote you for ski hire as the price for that always depends on the skis / boots you select, but I can recommend you look at our ski hire partner, FB Freeride, from whom you will get a 20% discount.
We can organise transfers - these would be €400 return in total for a private transfer; and lift passes - €270 per person for the Portes du Soleil pass, €210 for the Morzine-Les Gets pass.

We have Chalet Charline from the 29th feb in Tignes le Lac, sitting at 2100m, we are high and snow sure.
    
The Chalet is made up of 3 suites with large communal lounge, comfy sofas, log fire, pool table and separate movie/tv/xbox room. Its raised position gives stunning mountain views and the outside hot tub gives a touch of luxury.
A couple of minutes’ walk to the village center/ski schools, bars, shops and just 100m from the nearest lift you can ski off piste into the chalet.
Price for 2 suites (4 rooms) in the chalet would be £599pp.
We are a small family company, allowing us to focus on the quality rather than just getting people through the door like a large tour company. Owner run we go out of our way to ensure that all guests have an amazing stay with us. It’s the attention to detail that turn good holidays, great one's!!!
