| Hi – we are 2 families (10 people in total) looking for a reasonably priced skiing holiday over half term – so next week – from Sat 11th / Sun 12th Feb/ Mon 13th Feb. Ideally a catered chalet; or B&B basis.
The 2 families are:
1) 2 adults, 2 children – aged 16, and 13
2) 2 adults, 4 children – ages 16, 14, 14 and 6
We will probably drive from the UK, so quite flexible on location (or may look at getting a flight – if we can find a reasonably priced one).

Are you happy to share with others or do you prefer a chalet for your sole use?
If you are happy to share, I can offer catered chalet accommodation in Meribel Les Allues (3 valleys) from sat 11-18 Feb.
Chalet Grange a Charlotte sleeps 15 in 7 ensuite bedrooms. It is comfortable and spacious featuring:
large open plan lounge and dining area
log fireplace
underfloor heating throughout
freeview tv
wifi internet
boot warmers
hot tub
The chalet is not ski in ski out however we do offer a minibus shuttle in the mornings and at the end of the skiing day.
The cost for the week, I am happy to offer you the 5 rooms for a discounted £750 per adult, £600 each for the teens and £500 for the little one. Price to include:
7 nights accommodation
breakfast each day with a cooke option on 5 mornings
afternoon tea each day
5 x 4 course evening meals with wine
1 x 2 course prepared self serve meal with wine
Discounted equipment hire and lift passes can be arranged as can airport transfers (subject to availability).

We could offer you sole occupancy of Chalet Genevieve in Val d'Isère from Sunday, 12th February.
You can ski to the door of the chalet, which is owner-run and situated in the exclusive La Legettaz area at the foot of the Solaise slopes. In the mornings you just need to walk 100 yards down the road before putting on your skis. All five rooms have their own facilities. There is an outdoor hot tub, large sun terrace, log fire, mini bar, boot heater, foot massager, indoor and outdoor parking, to say nothing of the beautiful views up the Manchet valley and over the village.
The Espace Killy has over 300km of piste to suit all abilities and the off-piste possibilities are endless. The village is at 1850m and with two glaciers, you will be assured of good snow. The après-ski entertainment is also varied and plentiful. The snow on the upper slopes is currently good and on the lower slopes it is hard-packed.
Included in the price are a self-service, continental breakfast (fresh bread, croissants, cereals, yoghurts, fresh fruit); on four evenings we serve canapés, a main course and dessert with select wines and on the fifth evening a raclette is provided. Tea, coffee and fresh fruit are available at all times.
The living area is cleaned twice during the week. Daily cleaning of the bedrooms and bathrooms is not included but can easily be arranged.
It is a 10 minute walk across the piste into the village center or you can make use of the free bus service that drops you right outside the chalet.
The price for the chalet for the week is 24,950 Euros.
