| I would love to book a chalet for my family next year - the challenge is that this would include 4 children aged 7-12 and my elderly parents. My father loves Switzerland / France but is unfortunately almost immobile now. He is 85 and has always been very fit but is now degenerating quickly and can’t walk more than a few steps without a walking aid. I would love to take him to the mountains one last time. He needs a bathroom close by. My brother and sister in law can ski really well but the children can’t. My mum and sister don’t ski.
In total 2x older people (80+ , 4x middle age (3x skiers), 4x kids (beginners) and possibly 2x20 yr old (beginners). Maybe 2-4 others - we can fill a chalet!
Hope the ask isn’t too much!!!! This is likely to be my Dad’s last trip abroad.

I am so happy to hear you are planning this trip for your mountain-loving Dad! I am sorry to hear his mobility is not what it was. Wonderful to read about your plans for a whole family trip to enjoy with him 
We have one chalet that springs to mind for you. Chalet Grand Sapin has parking right by the front door so we can arrange for a transfer to drop you all very close indeed (within 5 metres of the front door!). There is a small gentle slope to the front door (I can provide pictures if helpful). There is a room on the ground floor of this chalet which has a private bathroom right next door to it. This has a walk in shower (though a small step into it, around 3 inches high). I wonder if this room may be a good option for you father?
The rest of the family living area is on the same floor, nice and open and easy to access with a walking aid. A beautiful log fire too!
Everything is within 250m of the chalet front door including the ski lifts, the slopes and the ski schools. So hopefully ticking the boxes for the whole family! What's more is there is a restaurant right at the base of the home run into Morzine which could be a great spot for him to enjoy a drink whilst watching everyone whizz down the slopes!
