I am a professional chef with an excellent reputation for food and hospitality, and own and operate my traditional Savoyard chalet in the lovely, unspoiled village of Samoëns (‘The 4th largest ski area and in the top 3 snow sure resort in France’ -Daily Telegraph 2013 - about 1 hour from Geneva airport. Assistance with transfers. Parking in the chalet grounds.
From Samoëns you have access to the Grand Massif (265 km pistes - Flaine, Le Carroz, Morillon and Sixt Fer à Cheval). The Chariande Express, a 6 seater chair lift, between Samoëns 1600 and Tete de Saix has speeded up access to Flaine. Good snow record with a variety of pistes up to 2,500m.

I can offer accmmodation at La Ferme du Chateau for the weekend of 9th to 12th of Feb or any weekend in March 2017.
La Ferme du Chateau is an elegant and stylish Savoyard farmhouse which offers exceptionally spacious accommodation in 6 en-suite rooms. All 6 rooms can be twin or double rooms, 5 of which have bath and shower facilities plus branded toiletries, fluffy dressing gowns, hairdryers etc and access to an outdoor sunken jacuzzi. The living / dining area is extremely spacious yet homely and is centered around a wood clad open fire with lots of comfy sofas in which to relax with a chilled glass of wine and canapes after a day on the slopes.
It is fully catered which includes breakfast & afternoon tea on each day and a 4 course evening meal prepared by our professional chef which is accompanied by unlimited specially selected wines.
La Ferme is in the centre of the beautiful village of La Chapelle d'Abondance, part of the vast Portes du Soleil ski region, close to Chatel. La Ferme is close to the local runs, has direct access to the Portes du Soleil, local bars including a microbrewery, shops and restaurants; but we also have in resort transport so can pop to Chatel to sample the apres ski there too.FOr corporate groups we can also provide late night transport between La Chapelle and Chatel (additional cost).

We have availability in Chalet de Valmorel for the first two weekends of January, with 8 en-suite bedrooms, a log-fire and hot tub, just 50 metres from the nearest ski lift taking you in to the Grand Domaine area with 168km of pistes. The chalet has a sun terrace, with outdoor hot tub, a large living room with log-fire, WIFI and TV with DVD and games. There is also a guest kitchen area where we serve breakfast and afternoon tea.
Underneath the chalet is our small restaurant, where our professional Chef serves a delicious 3-course dinner with wine, six nights of the week, and you can enjoy a few drinks after a great day out on the piste.
The chalet is run by a professional Chef and two Hosts, who are there to look after you during your stay. Included is

We have availability at the fabulous Chalet Gentiane in Les Gets, just a one hour transfer from Geneva in the heart of the Portes du Soleil ski region. The Chalet has 8 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, a huge living/dining are with a large open log fire, an ideal place to relax after a good day on the slopes. We are in a great location, just 200 metres to slopes, lifts and village centre and the free bus around the village stops right outside our front door. I can offer you a bed & breakfast weekend at Chalet Sherpa in Morzine - just an hour and 20 minutes drive from Geneva airport and part of the massive Portes du Soleil ski region.
You can arrive/depart any day of the week and any time of day. Bags can be stored and there are shower/change facilities available on arrival and departure days so you can maximise your time on the slopes.
Chalet Sherpa has a fantastic friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Our on-site Sherpa bar offers snacks and dinner every night so you can choose either to eat in or sample one of the local restaurants in the evening.
