I am just wondering what possibilities there may be for the periods 5-25th March or 27th March to early April for a 59-yr-old snowboarder!
This would be my second season having spent five enjoyable days at Val Thorens last year mostly on blue slopes. This time around I'm open to any venue suggestions but I'd be coming on my own, so am wondering if there are any spare chalet places needing filling. I have a pretty easy-going nature and can get on with almost anyone. Anything full board or half board could be considered. I'd prefer a resort accessible by plane/train/bus as I'd prefer not to have to hire a car.
Wi-fi would definitely be necessary because I have to keep tabs on my work projects and I'd need to be able to hire a board, boots and bindings.
I'd appreciate any assistance you could provide.

Thank-you for your enquiry, we’d love to welcome you to Meribel Mottaret.
Chalet Gaillard has 5 bedrooms and sleeps 9 people. The living/dining area is open plan with great views up to Mont Vallon. After a hard day on the mountain you can sit, relax and enjoy a glass of wine whilst you wait for a delicious dinner to be served.
It is situated close to the centre of Meribel Mottaret, with plenty of restaurants and bars. It’s a very short walk to the slopes and the nearest lift is about 300m away.
The Three Valleys has excellent ski-ing for all abilities. The Meribel Valley has great, well thought out beginner areas, plenty of blues and reds, and more challenging blacks and accessible off piste for the more experienced. There’s fast access to both Courchevel with its vast open pistes and interesting couloirs, and Val Thorens, known for its high snow sure slopes.
The price per person for 11 to 17 March is £495. There may also be other blocks of time available if you are interested, feel free to call.
We provide gourmet food starting the day with a hearty breakfast. On your return from the slopes there will be a homemade cake or biscuits for you to enjoy and the evening starts with canapés and cocktails followed by a relaxed and delicious 3 course meal with unlimited wine.

Meribel is in the heart of the 3 Valleys - the largest connected ski area in the world, with slopes to suit all standards. The resort itself has a lot to offer, with great bars and restaurants, swimming pool, ice rink, bowling, a cinema and plenty of shopping.

If you can do the dates 19th March to the 26th we can offer you an en suite twin room. the price for a catered stay would be £325 (no single supplement). This price could include a transfer from Geneva airport if it fits in with existing arrivals commitments.
The Les Arcs/Paradiski area is our home resort and it's just 5 minutes to the high speed Funicular lift in Bourg St Maurice from the chalet.
Transport is provided for you to and from this lift all day long "on demand", that means no timetable to follow!
Chalet la Bas is a home from home with all of the services you would expect from an alpine ski chalet. The food's very good, the service level high and a good friendly stay is guaranteed.

Les Arcs/Paradiski has 425 km of ski runs, is a high altitude resort and has excellent skiing from 1200m up to 3200m. 70% of the pistes are above 2000m. There are 2 glacier ski areas.

Will-i-ski? is an independent owner run chalet company dedicated to bringing you a unique holiday you will not forget. We (Phoebe and Charlie) currently run the Chalet Marmotte in La Plagne 1800 and feel the chalet can deliver everything you require for a traditional and cosy chalet holiday.
The Chalet Marmotte sleeps up to 15 people in various room configurations. There is a lounge/dining area with a log fireplace and a separate ‘snug’ with games console and a TV for watching DVD’s.
We also have a Sauna to help soothe the muscles after a long days skiing.
