To make a chalet booking please email us at sales@ice-fire.co.uk. We will then send you through an invoice, booking form and further information. At the time of booking we require a £200 per person to secure your place, then the final balance is due 10 weeks before travel.

Hi, our chalet in Châtel (Portes du Soleil) is a 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom self-catered chalet. The chalet is located in the village with the ski bus stopping directly opposite, making access to the slopes very easy, especially convenient for children and carrying kit. While it’s not ski-in/ski-out, the bus gives quick access to the lifts, that gives you access to ski Avoriaz 1800, which is ideal for late-season skiing thanks to its higher altitude and excellent snow reliability.
The chalet is only a 5-minute walk from the village centre, with shops, restaurants, bakery, and supermarket close by. Transfer time from Geneva Airport is around 90 minutes, and we also have parking available if you’re driving.
Guests love relaxing in the outdoor hot tub with panoramic mountain views, and there’s also a log fire inside for cosy evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped, and while the chalet is self-catered, you can order home-cooked frozen meals in advance from Peak Eats for an easy, flexible catering option.
