I'm sorry to hear about the troubles with your accommodation.
We would love to welcome you in La Balme, a small authentic mountain hamlet. We are an independent owner run chalet dedicated to offering you a unique culinary ski holiday you won't forget.
Our chalet sleeps up to 14 people in 4 bedrooms and a mezzanine. There are 4 bathrooms, a large living area with comfortable couches and a wood stove, an open kitchen and a large entrance hall for storing ski gear.
The chalet is located at a 10min drive from Auris, within the big ski resort of Alpe d'Huez. With 250km of ski slopes, every skier from beginner to experienced skiers, will find his fun. You can even go to Les Deux Alpes, a second big ski resort at 25min drive, with the same ski pass.
Included our the price of €455,- per person are:
• 7x large breakfast with every day a different extra like oatmeal pancakes, eggs or homemade croissant
• 6x homemade afternoon tea with hot chocolate
• 6x luxuary three course evening dinner, all prepared by us, your private French chefs, with fresh and local ingredients
• comfortable chalet of 220m2 on sole occupancy

• cleaning
We can help you to book extras such as ski hire, lessons and lift passes or airport transfers.
We've been running this chalet for the last three years. We live in our own house just 100m further down the village. Our company 'Les gouts et couleurs' is an official registered French company. We can propose you 2 chalets in the resort of Nendaz, Switzerland, which is part of the Verbier 4 valley ski area.
Both are available as fully catered for the week 3rd - 10th February.
Chalet Christy is a traditional chalet located 50m from the cable car and a short walk from the resort centre. It offers 8 bedrooms with 6 bathrooms, open plan living area with UK Tv channels, wifi and an outdoor hot tub.
Our hosts (who live out) provide breakfast, afternoon tea and a 3 course evening meal with complementary wine on 6 days.
Alternatively, we can offer you accommodation at Chalet Grand Loup which is a luxury chalet a 10minute walk from the ski lift.
It has a large open plan living, dining area with Uk Tv channels, blu ray/DVD player, iPod dock and surround sound.
Upstairs is a further sitting area with 4 equal sized en-suite bedrooms and the option to take one further bedroom with a separate bathroom.
There are also floor to ceiling windows at the front of the property for you to enjoy the spectacular views across the valley.
In addition, there is a sauna and outdoor hot tub where you can relax and unwind at the end of the day.
Both chalets have parking for up to 4 cars.

Our family run chalet is ideally located for Les Arcs with its 450km of ski runs and 5 other snow-sure ski resorts - Val d'Isere, Tignes, Sainte Foy, La Rosiere and La Plagne, meaning you can ski 6 different resorts during your stay with us. Although we’re not ski-in/ski-out, there’s no trudging around in ski boots since we will drive you the short distances, at times to suit.

You’ll see we have a unique ski to door location near the Prodains gondola to Avoriaz… no hiking with skis, no squeezing on buses. On our website there's also a 360 degree tour – you can see all our bedrooms so there will be no surprises when you arrive!
Hotel Au Coin du Feu is a full service hotel with a chalet style atmosphere. Our 17 unique bedrooms are perfect for couples and families alike. We have an on–site crèche, a playroom for teenagers, a hot-tub, sauna, massage room, private bar and five course evening meals for adults. All our rooms can be booked for seven nights half board or for short breaks.
Chalet Plan des Rochers is 80 meters from the hotel and can be booked for exclusive use or by individual bedrooms. Fully catered and staffed with the same standards and facilities as our hotel, Plan des Rochers also benefits from an excellent ski to door location.
Chalet des Amis is next door to Au Coin du Feu so can be used as a private chalet or as an annex to the hotel. It sleeps up to 8 people in 3 bedrooms, is ski to door and shares the spa facilities of the hotel. It has it's own private chef but there is the option of joining guests at Au Coin du Feu if there is space in the dining room.

How does this work for you?

We are about 15 minutes from Chatel and provide a private chauffeur driven minibus to get your group to their choice of lifts and back each day, allowing for access to the whole Portes de Soleil ski area - without the need for walking!
Our chalet is massive, with en-suite bedrooms and American-sized suite rooms that have both a bath, separate shower room and TV lounge attached to each of them.
We are also fully catered, offering:
- Champagne reception on arrival
- 4 course meal on 6 nights with complimentary wines
- Daily cooked and continental breakfast
- Daily afternoon tea
We can arrange for delivery of discounted ski kit hire directly to the chalet for fitting, as well as lift passes.

We can offer you Chalet L'Elegante w/c Sat 3rd Feb for 9 peoople.
Chalet L'Elegante is a brand new luxury self catered chalet for Winter 17/18. The chalet is over 2 floors and has beautiful mountain views and a large private terrace. It sleeps up to 9 guests in 4 ensuite bedrooms.
The first floor of the chalet comprises of a large open plan living area. A free standing wood burner makes a wonderful warm focal point. A modern kitchen with breakfast bar facing onto formal dining.
The free ski bus is directly outside. Buses arrive about every 10 minutes and it is a 5 minute ride to the village centre. You can walk to town in 15 minutes.
This is a fabulous chalet for entertaining, family holidays or friends enjoying time together.
