| Good afternoon. We have been running chalets for the last 3 seasons and are both keen to make the next step and manage our very own.
I am a qualified experienced chef, internationally over the last 11 years, and prior to that was HR Manager with a large multinational company. My wife Jo has had years of hospitality experience throughout Europe. We have had some very successful years and have begun to build a brand for our future. All we need now is a venue!
I would very much like to discuss options with you regarding rental of our own premises, and would be very happy to have an informal chat as to what would be required from us, and what we can expect from you.
