Location: Peisey&Vallandry, Paradiski France | les Arcs is an ideal destination for an early season trip - 70% of skiing is above 2000m (it goes up to 3400m) and 60% of the ski area is covered by snow-making. Unlike some of the resorts who have responded to you Les Arcs is fully open on 16th December (many others are not, so please check..). Last year we had people coming so us from all other the Alps (esp. portes du soleil) where there was no snow as we had 75%of runs open before Christmas.
My chalet La Grange d'Alice as 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, sauna, hot-tub, 2 lounge areas, wifi, log-fire, minibar. You can ski to the door and the lifts and access to the centre of Arc 1600 is 150m away.
We have been operating in Les Arcs for 15 years, so I can guarantee you superb catering and hospitality. We welcome vegetarians in our chalets.

Location: Zermatt | Have you considered Zermatt in Switzerland whose ski area links with Cervinia in Italy?
In fact, Zermatt/Cervinia is the very nearly the ONLY resort in Europe where you will find reasonable skiing so early in the season, because, more than anything else, its pistes are the highest in the Alps at over 3800m.
That said, Zermatt is a wonderfully atmospheric village with a tradition as an Alpine resort that goes back over 150 years.

We have our catered Chalet Pleney and Chalet la Desmeuniere in Morzine available for your requested dates.
Chalet Pleney is in an envied position right on the Pleney piste, giving you the luxury of literally skiing in and out, but it is also just a 5 minute walk to the Pleney lift . It is surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery with spectacular views in all directions but is also within easy walking distance of the old town square and all the bars restaurants and shops. Chalet Pleney boasts 9 ensuite bedrooms, a spacious open plan lounge and dining area with log fire and large picture windows looking over the mountains, a separate childrens play room with tv/dvd, free Wi-Fi internet, plus a ski/boot room, sunken outdoor hot tub and sauna.
The Desmeuniere is a beautifully restored 18th Century Farmhouse with 8 ensuite bedrooms each with flat screen tv and dvd player. We are a English-run Chalet in Jasna, Slovakia. Jasna is the largest ski resort in Central Europe boasting many chair lifts and 4 high speed gondolas.
We have full availability for that week and charge £209pp (£170 for child under 12). Ensuite, breakfast and afternoon tea is included, as well as an end of week evening meal. Restaurants and bars are a 5 minute walk away and very affordable - beer is €1 a pint, even on the mountain!
Apres ski includes the hot spring aqua park, ice hockey nights and

The service

The resort
La Tania is renowned for being a good value resort from which to ski the celebrated Three Valleys. With a friendly atmosphere and good apres-ski venues as well as restaurants ranging from good old pizza to Michelin-star dining, the village attracts young families and groups of skiers and boarders.

You can arrive/depart any day of the week and any time of day.
Chalet Sherpa has a fantastic friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The chalet sleeps up to 25 guests in 10 bedrooms. Our main lounge and dining room feature a log fire, honesty bar, English Sky TV, DVD player, DVD’s, Wii U & games and classic family board games. Free Wi-Fi throughout.
For the adults, our spa area has a hot tub and sauna for added luxury & relaxation.
We also have a very friendly Bernese mountain dog!
Each guest room is en-suite and has a TV and DVD player, tea/coffee making facilities and a fridge.
Our Catered rates include a luxury continental breakfast with a hot option on alternate days, afternoon tea and a full 3 course dinner.
Evening meals are cooked by an award-winning chef and highlight the best regional and seasonal ingredients.
Dinner is served 6 nights out of 7. This allows you to experience one of the many mountain-side restaurants in Alpe d’Huez.
We are situated a short distance from the main ski area, offering a peaceful retreat after a day on the slopes.
