| Hi, we are a family of 4 (daughter 19 and son 17), we are looking for a pre Christmas break, preferably in a high altitude resort, close to slopes or minibus drop off. We would need two bedrooms, three would be a bonus! We have always done catered chalets, but will also consider an apartment/hotel. Help with transfers, would be great.

The apartment affords a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, three bedrooms and a twin bedded mezzanine area, there are no bed settees! I can offer accommodation in 3 rooms at La Ferme du Chateau for your dates.
La Ferme du Chateau is an elegant and stylish Savoyard farmhouse, 1hr 30 mins from Geneva, which offers exceptionally spacious accommodation in 6 en-suite rooms. All 6 rooms can be twin or double rooms, there are lots of little luxuries (Branded toiletries, fluffy dressing gowns, hairdryers etc) and access to an outdoor sunken jacuzzi. The living / dining area is extremely spacious yet homely and is centered around a wood clad open fire with lots of comfy sofas in which to relax with a chilled glass of wine and canapes after a day on the slopes.
It is fully catered which includes breakfast & afternoon tea on each day and a 4 course evening meal prepared by our professional chef which is accompanied by specially selected wines. The evening meal is provided on 6 evenings leaving you one evening to sample the excellent local restaurants.
La Ferme is in the centre of the beautiful village of La Chapelle d'Abondance, part of the vast Portes du Soleil ski region, offering a combination of the best of traditional French villages with the excitement of a large ski area. La Ferme is close to the local runs, has direct access to the Portes du Soleil, local bars including a microbrewery, shops and restaurants; but we also have in resort transport so can pop to Chatel to sample the apres ski there too.
