I am a professional chef with an excellent reputation for food and hospitality, and own and operate my traditional Savoyard chalet in the lovely, unspoiled village of Samoëns (‘The 4th largest ski area and in the top 3 snow sure resort in France’ -Daily Telegraph 2013; - about 1 hour from Geneva airport. Assistance with transfers. Parking in the chalet grounds.
From Samoëns you have access to the Grand Massif (265 km pistes - Flaine, Le Carroz, Morillon and Sixt Fer à Cheval). The Chariande Express, a 6 seater chair lift, between Samoëns 1600 and Tete de Saix has speeded up access to Flaine. Good snow record with a variety of pistes up to 2,500m.

Location: Samoëns | We have availability for half-term week in our new new build catered chalet.
There's 5 ensuite bedrooms, and the four bedrooms on the first floor are enormous (26m2 each) - we made sure we built space & light into the chalet. We have flexible room layouts, so you have a family room, or separate children's bedrooms.
We're an hour from Geneva, and just 2-3 minutes to any of 3 local lifts in our courtesy transport. The ski area is the Grand Massif - 265km of varied skiing - tree-lined village runs & high bowls. Samoens is a beautiful old mountain village, and there's a free ski bus that runs along the valley floor, so if you wanted to explore the village (bars, restaurants, ice rink), its easy to do.
Our style of food is more relaxed Jamie Oliver than formal fine dining, and of course wine is included. And more often than not, there's a tot of single malt in the coffee too Catered service includes breakfast, afternoon tea/coffee/cake everyday - and 3 course dinner 6 out of the 7 nights - leaving you one night to explore the local restaurants.
We've a newly installed out-door hot-tub, and the sauna kit has been delivered. We should have worked out how to assemble it before the ski season

We could offer you sole occupancy of Chalet Genevieve in Val d'Isère from Sunday, 12th February.
You can ski to the door of the chalet, which is owner-run and situated in the exclusive La Legettaz area at the foot of the Solaise slopes. In the mornings you just need to walk 100 yards down the road before putting on your skis. All five rooms are newly renovated and have their own facilities. There is an outdoor hot tub, large sun terrace, log fire, mini bar, boot heater, foot massager, free WIFI, iPod and base station, indoor and outdoor parking, to say nothing of the beautiful views up the Manchet valley and over the village.
The Espace Killy has over 300km of piste to suit all abilities and the off-piste possibilities are endless. The village is at 1850m and with two glaciers, you will be assured of good snow. The après-ski entertainment is also varied and plentiful.
Included in the price are breakfast (freshly-squeezed orange juice, cereals, yoghurts, fresh fruit, bread, croissants, porridge and a hot option, eg. poached egg and ham on a toasted muffin), afternoon tea and on 6 evenings we serve a pre-dinner drink with canapés followed by a 4-course evening meal with select wines. Tea, coffee and fresh fruit are available at all times.
It is a 10 minute walk across the piste into the village center or you can make use of the free minibus service that drops you right outside the chalet.
The price for your group for the week is £13,600.

Chalet Giffre has an excellent location in the village close to the bars and shops and just 400m from the Gondola. We have our own private minibuses servicing the chalet. We drop you off at the gondola in the mornings in under a minute and offer collection in the afternoon from 5 different lift stations in the Valley.

We run the Chalet Marmotte in La Plagne 1800 and feel the chalet can deliver everything you require for a traditional and cosy chalet holiday.
