| | I'm looking for catered accommodation close to the lifts (ideally a short walk rather than ski bus) for myself and my 17 year old daughter to go skiing in mid December. Because we are very early in the season I'm interested in recommendations on resorts most likely to have reasonable snow at this time in the season. We are both reasonable to good skiers so we are looking for good intermediate skiing with a good selection of pistes that should be open at this time of year. We'd prefer a quiet resort. I am a professional chef with an excellent reputation for food and hospitality, and own and operate my traditional Savoyard chalet in the lovely, unspoiled village of Samoëns The 4th largest ski area and in the top 3 snow sure resort in France’ -Daily Telegraph 2013;- about 1 hour from Geneva airport. Assistance with transfers. Parking in the chalet grounds.
From Samoëns you have access to the Grand Massif (265 km pistes - Flaine, Le Carroz, Morillon and Sixt Fer à Cheval). The Chariande Express, a 6 seater chair lift, between Samoëns 1600 and Tete de Saix has speeded up access to Flaine. Good snow record with a variety of pistes up to 2,500m.

Chalet Jardin De Rosalie, is An ultimate chalet for 14 persons. With 7 bedrooms this extensive Chalet is centrally located with fabulous balconies and views. Although in the lower village of Le Praz 1300 I can assure you that the links between the higher parts of resort are very quick and reliable. We can offer you two options, both catered, both with easy access to the skiing and one with a hot tub. For quietness the Bonjour Bonjour would be best, however the Bonjour Tourelle is on the higher part of the Espace Killy domain, which could be crucial early season although Tignes-Val d'Isère is very snowier normally.

Please note that the prices are based on 2 guests sharing a twin room with en suite bathroom. Our Christmas dates have been set to 20-27 December and your dates go into this period, therefore we can only allow one room at this price per person.

Location: COURCHEVEL, LA TANIA | Hi Tony We are a Family Specialist company operating successfully out of La Tania for 23 years, at the moment we can offer you accommodation in either one of our luxury family chalets or our small Hotel Telemark from 17 - 22 Dec ( 5 nights) with half board ( 4 nights dinner included) from £300pp in our Chalet or £250 pp in our Chalet hotel Telemark (dinner included also 4 nights) .
La Tania, is a ski in ski out resort guaranteed early season between Courchevel and Meribel and as such offers direct easy access to the vast and varied skiing of the 3 Valleys.

The chalet is ski-in ski-out and located in the heart of the Paradiski area in the alpine village of Les Coches.
The Paradiski area has two glaciers and more than 70% of the domain above 2000m so it is a great snowsure choice for December skiing.
Chalet facilities include sauna, wifi, comfortable lounge with log fire, complimentary bar and a fully catered service.
We have availability from Friday 16th - 23rd December and the price for the week is £450 per person, fully catered.

We'd love to welcome you to Meribel. We have 3 chalets available, Chalet La Fugue which sleeps 12, Chalet Clementine which sleeps 10 and Gaillard which sleeps 9 (+3).
La Fugue is in a unique position in that you can ski out and almost ski in and we are less than 5 mins from the centre of Meribel with its many shops, restaurants and bars.
The chalet is fabulous with 6 twin/double rooms and 4 newly renovated bathrooms, fantastic views across Meribel and the slopes, a large sun terrace and spacious living areas.
The other chalets have 5 bedrooms. Clementine is all en-suite and sleeps 10 and has a sauna and open fire. Gaillard sleeps 9 adults (plus up to 3 small children). Both properties living/dining areas are open plan with fabulous views, Gaillard has a sunny balcony and Clementine a terrace.
We provide gourmet food starting the day with a hearty breakfast. On your return from the slopes there will be a homemade cake or biscuits for you to enjoy and the evening starts with canapés and cocktails followed by a relaxed and delicious 3 course meal with unlimited wine.
Prices per person based on you sharing a twin room for 16 to 23 December are: La Fugue £695pp Gaillard £550pp Clementine £675pp.
We can help you organise your ski lessons, lift passes, equipment hire and transfers if you wish as we have good links with the local providers.
As an independent chalet company we will tailor your holiday to your needs with our personal service.

We can offer you a twin ensuite room in our catered chalet for five nights. The cost would be £300pp half board.
We are a quiet owner run chalet based in a traditional Savoyard village just outside Morzine, and offer free shuttles to/from the pistes so there is no need to trudge anywhere in your ski boots. This also gives you the flexibility to start and finish skiing in different locations every day.
We also have a hot tub with a mountain view for you to rest those legs after a long day on the slopes.
We can also arrange ski hire direct to the chalet, ski passes and transfers to and from Geneva airport on your behalf.
