The service

The resort

You’ll see we have a unique ski to door location near the Prodains gondola to Avoriaz… no hiking with skis, no squeezing on buses. On our website there's also a 360 degree tour – you can see all our bedrooms so there will be no surprises when you arrive!
Hotel Au Coin du Feu is a full service hotel with a chalet style atmosphere. Our 17 unique bedrooms are perfect for couples and families alike. We have an on–site crèche, a playroom for teenagers, a hot-tub, sauna, massage room, private bar and five course evening meals for adults. All our rooms can be booked for seven nights half board or for short breaks.
Chalet Plan des Rochers is 80 meters from the hotel and can be booked for exclusive use or by individual bedrooms. Fully catered and staffed with the same standards and facilities as our hotel, Plan des Rochers also benefits from an excellent ski to door location.
Chalet des Amis is next door to Au Coin du Feu so can be used as a private chalet or as an annex to the hotel. It sleeps up to 8 people in 3 bedrooms, is ski to door and shares the spa facilities of the hotel. It has it's own private chef but there is the option of joining guests at Au Coin du Feu if there is space in the dining room.
Chilly Powder offer the full package – we have onsite childcare, can arrange transfers and we’ll even have your lift pass ready by breakfast on the first morning of your stay with us.

Price for the 9 of you for 7 days catered accommodation is €6045 (£5110 GBP).
This includes a cooked breakfast, afternoon tea and cakes, pre-dinner canapes and a sumptuous four course evening meal with selected wines on six nights out of seven Tuesday being the chalet night off.

La Grange au Merle is a newly renovated 6 bedroom traditional Savoyard farmhouse. The chalet is available from Saturday 4 - 11 March. Based in the picturesque village of Châtel it is at the heart of the Portes du Soleil ski area with Geneva airport a short 90 minute transfer away. The village and apres-ski is a pleasant (flat) 10 minute walk from the chalet.
The heart of the chalet is the full width open plan living space with stunning south facing views over the mountains. The living space comprises a cocktail bar, lounge area with traditional fire and dining space.
The chalet is professionally staffed to ensure you have a relaxing and memorable holiday. Our private chef, who trained in Michelan star restaurants, prepares sumptuous meals which are served with selected wines. Although we are on the ski bus route, we offer in-resort slope transfers in the morning and between 4pm and 5pm.
We offer a comprehensive package of services including equipment hire at the chalet, ski pass delivery, lesson booking and airport transfers.
A sauna and outdoor hot tub are available as well as a carnozet in the cave under the chalet for wine tasting. A library and office are located in the mezzanine.

Our chalet-hotel is in snow sure Plagne 1800, part of the Paradiski area. We are next to the slopes and two chair lifts, with the ski school meeting point just across the street.
Facilities include:
* Two bars - Le Bobsleigh and the Skeleton with TVs and music * sauna, * lounge areas * massage room * large fitness room * pool table, children’s area * in-house ski and boot hire at best price guaranteed * ski passes can be collected on arrival if pre-booked.

Covered parking at the hotel is 50 euros a week but there is outdoor parking nearby if preferred. Eurostar travellers have just a short ride up the mountain to reach us so there are no lengthy transfers.

This is our 12th Year and we have a 75% return guest rate, you will arrive as guests but leave as friends.

I can offer accommodation at la Ferme du Chateau from Sunday 5th to Sunday 12th.
La Ferme du Chateau is an elegant and stylish Savoyard farmhouse which offers exceptionally spacious accommodation in 6 en-suite rooms. All 6 rooms can be twin or double rooms, all of which have bath and/or shower facilities plus branded toiletries, dressing gowns, hair dryers and access to an outdoor sunken jacuzzi. The living / dining area is extremely spacious yet homely and is centered around a wood clad open fire with lots of comfy sofas in which to relax with a chilled glass of wine and canapes after a day on the slopes.
It is fully catered which includes breakfast & afternoon tea on each day and a 4 course evening meal prepared by our chef which is accompanied by specially selected quality wines. The evening meal is provided on 6 evenings leaving you one evening to sample the excellent local restaurants.
La Ferme is in the centre of the beautiful village of La Chapelle d'Abondance, part of the vast Portes du Soleil ski region, offering a combination of the best of traditional French villages with the excitement of a large ski area. La Ferme is close to the local runs, has direct access to the Portes du Soleil, local bars including a microbrewery, shops and restaurants; but we also have in resort transport so can pop to Chatel to sample the apres ski there too.
A holiday at La Ferme is about comfort, relaxation and fun and we will organize everything so that you can relax and enjoy your holiday.
