We are running Christmas week from Friday 23rd December to Friday 30th December as having to travel on NYE would be a bit miserable. We are not ski-out as its uphill to the piste, but good off-pisters can ski back to the chalet, as we're only a few hundred meters from the bottom of the Char Piste in Samoens - I can send you a piste map if you like. To get to the piste in the morning, we drop off in the minibus actually on a piste, so you don't have to queue for the lifts in the morning.
We've got an outdoor hot-tub in our garden right outside the living room which is great for relaxing at the end of the day.
All our rooms are ensuite, and for that week we're 850 euros per adult and 600 euros per child under 15.

From Samoëns you have access to the Grand Massif (265 km pistes - Flaine, Le Carroz, Morillon and Sixt Fer à Cheval). The Chariande Express, a 6 seater chair lift, between Samoëns 1600 and Tete de Saix has speeded up access to Flaine. Good snow record with a variety of pistes up to 2,500m.

Over Christmas week there will be 2 festive meals on the 24th for French Noel and then on the 25th a tradtional day with all the trimmings.
