I am a professional chef with an excellent reputation for food, and own and operate my traditional Savoyard chalet in the lovely, unspoiled village of Samoëns (‘The 4th largest ski area and in the top 3 snow sure resort in France’ -Daily Telegraph 2013; about 1 hour from Geneva airport. Assistance with transfers. Parking in the chalet grounds.
From Samoëns you have access to the Grand Massif (265 km pistes - Flaine, Le Carroz, Morillon and Sixt Fer à Cheval). The Chariande Express, a 6 seater chair lift, between Samoëns 1600 and Tete de Saix has speeded up access to Flaine. Good snow record with a variety of pistes up to 2,500m.

Location: Samoëns | We can offer sole occupancy of our newly built catered chalet, with outdoor hot tub, during half term week.
There's 5 ensuite bedrooms, with 4 of them being easy triples/quads. We can move double/single beds around according to group makeup. They’re all proper kings/doubles/single beds not a bunkbed in sight.
We're an hour from Geneva (transfers can be easily booked online at www.gomassif.com). And its just 3 minutes to any of the local lifts in our shuttle bus (all included). The ski area is the Grand Massif 265km of awesome skiing both in the villages and up in the Flaine bowl. There's local ski schools & ski hire at both Samoens & Morillon, or there's an option to get skis/boards delivered direct to the chalet. Lift passes can be booked online and send direct to us too, saving hassle on the first day.
Our food is more Jamie Oliver than fine dining, the style is relaxed, and of course wine is included. And more often than not, there's a tot of single malt in the coffee too. Catered service includes breakfast, afternoon tea/coffee/cake everyday and 3 course dinner 6 out of the 7 nights leaving you one night to explore the local restaurants.
We're just a 5 minute walk to the village of Morillon, or 510 minutes on the free skibus into the bigger Samoens. Samoens has lovely shopping, cafes/bars, iceskating, botanical garden & spa facilities so good for any nonski days.
The price for sole occupancy would be €10,836, but we're running an early bird discount of €500 for any bookings confirmed by 30/9/16.

We are able to offer you the chalet Dolomites for sole use from the 11th February for your party.
Chalet Dolomites (La Plagne Montchavin)
Price for sole use is £8800
Dolomites is located in the buzzing traditional village of La Plagne Montchavin in a great location at the foot of the piste and in the centre of the village with easy access for all amenities, including the recently opened swimming pool and aqua-centre. The property sleeps between 8-11 people in four bedrooms of various layouts over three floors – each bedroom has private shower and washbasin facilities (three rooms are en-suite and one is accessed from the corridor) and there is a WC on each floor. There is also a hot-tub on the balcony which faces south, overlooking the piste and the ski school snow garden. Dolomites is located just below the lift which carries you up to meet with the Vanoise Express link to Les Arcs – so you are conveniently located for skiing the whole Paradiski area of Les Arcs and La Plagne.

We can offer you sole occupancy of Ferme Blanche, our charming ski in chalet in Plagne Montalbert, Paradiski (180km from Geneva). 70% of the resort is above 2000m and the resort has a very solid snow record compared with the lower resorts near Geneva.
