Les Arcs is a high-altitude, snow sure resort (highest skiing 3250m). The ski area is enormous with 200km of marked piste and plenty of runs for all abilities, so it really is an area for everyone. There is also great off-piste for the more experienced skier. The Vanoise Express links La Plagne to Les Arcs doubling the ski area. Loads of après-ski activities and good selection of bars & restaurants.

We have availability for that week, although we are actually running the week from Friday to Friday so that you don't have to travel on Christmas Eve. If this is a deal-breaker for you - give me a call as we can probably make an exception since you're only looking for one room.
We're a very short transfer from Geneva - just 60 minutes, and we're also very close to the slopes - in fact we're the only catered ski chalet currently operating out of Samoens 1600 which is a fantastic ski domaine. As you might be able to see from the picture, we're right up in the mountains in the domaine skiable, not down in the village. The biggest advantage of this is that you don't have to get a lift up the mountain in the morning as we're already at the top. You can't ski out though because the piste is uphill from where we are, so we drop off in our minibus, but it only takes 2 minutes and you're straight onto the pistes. At the end of the day, we collect from any of the apres places at Samoens, Vercland or Morillion.
We've got an outdoor hot tub, sauna, our own toboggan run in the garden (its not just for kids!) and all our rooms are ensuite. Its a really relaxing place to be, surrounded by mountains and trees on all sides - you can't see another house!
We don't have a license for transfers, but we can organise them for you via GoMassif.com who are really good. That week is 550 euros per person, but well worth it!

From Samoëns you have access to the Grand Massif (265 km pistes - Flaine, Le Carroz, Morillon and Sixt Fer à Cheval). The Chariande Express, a 6 seater chair lift, between Samoëns 1600 and Tete de Saix has speeded up access to Flaine. Good snow record with a variety of pistes up to 2,500m.

We have a twin room available in our five bedroom catered chalet in central Morzine from 17th December for the week. The price would be £399 per person.
The chalet is in a stunning location, just 10 minutes walk to the Super Morzine lift and two minutes to the free shuttle buses which whisk you up to Ardent, Pleney or Prodain. The chalet is set back from the road so in a quiet location but the numerous shops, bars and restaurants of Morzine are only 2 minutes walk away.
The above price includes cooked and continental breakfast, afternoon tea with home made cakes and three course evening meal with wine. Also included is a morning minibus shuttle service to the local lifts so there is no rushing to get to ski school on time.
The chalet's large, open plan lounge and dining area, with huge log fire and stunning views across to Nyon and Pleney, offers ample seating for groups of all sizes, whilst the two sun terraces offer the perfect place to relax aching limbs after a full day on the slopes.
We can arrange your airport transfers for an additional cost.
