| Hi,
I am looking for a child friendly chalet for my husband & I and our two sons (age 4 & 6). Ideally, we would like to stay somewhere very convenient either for lifts or a bus straight to the lifts and preferably skiable too. We don't mind sharing a chalet with other people, particularly if it would mean there were more facilities - pools/ games rooms etc without too much of a premium.
My husband and I are both very competent skiers but this is our younger son's first trip, so we are looking for a family friendly place with a good ski school/ guide set up but also some more challenging skiing.
We have skied as a family in both Les Carroz and Les Gets, which we loved so a similar type of resort could work well (although we would happily look outside France). Ideally no more than a couple of hours from an airport.
We are also looking at one other week in February, so I have also posted for those dates. It just depends on the boys' school/ cost.

Thank you for posting your request in the solutions room. Have you been to or considered the Grand Massif? It is an hours drive from Geneva airport.
The ski area is truly a hidden gem with 265kms of piste, 69 lifts, 20 green runs,65 blue runs, 50 red runs and 14 black runs with the highest altitude 2,500 metres. Something for all abilities.
There is a blue run 150 metres from our chalet which guests can use if snow conditions are good, otherwise we take and collect you directly from the lifts.
We have availability for dates you want in March a lovely large family room. We tend to have mostly families stay at our chalet,
The chalet is owner run and located between 2 ski lifts. Morillon village and Les Esserts.
All our bedrooms are spacious with en-suite facilities and there is a large dining room and separate lounge for you to relax in after a hard day on the slopes.
The costs are £500 per adult and £200 per child.

We have availability for your family of four nd our price would be £445 per adult and £345 per child which includes accommodation,, breakfast,, afternoon tea and delicious three course feasts with selected wines on six nights and an earlier two course children's menu. There’s a large comfy lounge with open log fire, honesty bar, sat tv, games room with table tennis and air hockey, den with Wii, safe garden to build snow men....
Transfers from Geneva can be arranged and ski hire too or there is plenty off road parking at the chalet. With 650km of pistes to explore there is plenty of challenges for all levels.
